Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Dear You need to boost your immunity power to be able to recover for the obvious weakness of blood donation. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and green veggies 10 days before donation and after that also to protect your health. If your body and blood is not healthy, blood donation is of little use. Regards.

For your nausea, controle your diet. No nonveg, fast foods, spices, smoking, timely intake of meals. If not controlled, check with your phys/gastroeneterologist.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hi lybrate-user jeet, If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Pls help. Sir actually I was visited doctors house on August 07,2016. Before June regularly I was using Skin Light cream on my face. But now really feeling bad. I hereby attached my photo. Pimples are almost clear. But the black marks are there. Can you help me to remove this black marks with in next one or one and half month. Doctor advise me that to use Azelaic Acid gel 20% w/w over night and Clindamycin Phosphate gel USP for every morning. Is this both gel clear the black mark? Dr. On and off I am getting back problems. In jan I had back spasam problem in right side and took some injections and it was ok. Then the problem came in the right side hib cured after injection and physiotherpy. Now from day right side paining a lot. I donot have any sugar or no bp but cholestral is there. My near by Dr. Says obesity is the problem and I am 5.3 and weighing 98 kgs. I donot want to take physiotherapy or any power killer tablets. Kindly advise what to do. Pain is acute.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you must loose some weight weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises. My hand got injured due to accident in the year 2001. I have no sensation in my thumb, index finger & middle finger. I had been operated once in the said year by an orthopaedic surgeon. But still, I don't feel any sensation in my above 3 fingers. My median nerve, radial nerve got damaged. Is it possible to get back my sensation after 15 years?

Dear . Nerve injuries take many years to decades for recovery. It depends upon the gap in between to ends of a damaged nerve. Only few millimeters growth occurs in a year. It may take few more years to get your sensations back. I wish you all the best.

Do take conservative treatment like IFT and Vacuum Therapy treatment for 12 days followed by Strengthening exercises from Sports medicine rehabilitation specialist.Avoid putting more pressure or any strenuous activities best wishes

Do not depressed or tentions it's due to difficiancy of vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products, green vegitabales, salad. Do arobic excersices yoga, pranayam will help you. Massaje brahmi bhringraj tailamorning end night before going to sleeping. Use cap if you are going into hot sunnyday.

Is dehydration a cause for low BP or hypotension? My friend was suffering from low BP frequently in this summer. Is dehydration a cause for this. Could you suggest please.

Yes dehydration may cause the hypotension Drink more water, less alcohol.  Follow a healthy diet. Get all the nutrients you need for good health by focusing on a variety of foods, including whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean chicken and fish. Use salt but you don't like a lot of salt on your food, try using natural soy sauce or adding dry soup mixes to dips and dressings. Go slowly when changing body positions. Before getting out of bed in the morning, breathe deeply for a few minutes and then slowly sit up before standing. Sleeping with the head of your bed slightly elevated also can help fight the effects of gravity. If you begin to get symptoms while standing, cross your thighs in a scissors fashion and squeeze, or put one foot on a ledge or chair and lean as far forward as possible. These maneuvers encourage blood to flow from your legs to your heart. Eat small, low-carb meals. To help prevent blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals, eat small portions several times a day and limit high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Drinking caffeinated coffee or tea with meals to temporarily raise blood pressure.
