U r father is diabetic? what is size of prostate on sonography. What postvoide residual volume of urine? is there enlarge prostate or else. Which you have not mention. What medicine taken? this will clue some diagnosis. From this basic reports further line of treatment depends.

Hello, in an ideal situation your chances of pregnancy are abt 20_30 % per cycle. With these meds it goes upto 40% per cycle. Besides the meds do some walkin or exercise n try to be stress free.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. I think you should have heat problem. It can not be cured only by walking & diet you have to take proper ayurvedic treatment course at least for 3 months.

Your hair problem is directly a result of your stress levels. The more the stress, the more toxins are produced in the body which hinders its proper functioning. For you, reducing stress and being happy will be more effective than taking medications. Also, with increased levels of stress, our body produces more acid and thus our blood becomes acidic which is very harmful. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Drink 4-5 litres of water and green tea at least 3 times a day. Hope this helps.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Best time to take Thyroxine tablet is early morning on empty stomach even today. The recent finding says it can be taken at bedtime also, but best is as mentioned above. Plus not to eat anything for at least 1 to 1 and half hour. Thanks.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch.
