Hey, i have a sensitive skin. Not able to use cosmetic brands like lakme maybelline as te next day I get pimples so. Please suggest me good brand so. Occasionally I can use make-up light coverage is clinique good for sensitive skin? Because if I don't apply cosmetic there is no problem but when I apply cc cream or compact I get pimples because of sensitive skin please suggest which are good makeup brands for skin that don't cause harm.

Dear it seems you are having a dispute about eating maggi over food. Please remember, maggi is very addictive. It gets prepared very fast so we feel bored to prepare food and prefer maggi. Try to add proteins, nutrela soya, chicken, fish, paneer, mutter, corn, veggies etc in maggi. Reduce the contents of maida and increase nutrients. It will be a win-win situation.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. Take care.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Dear user. I can understand. Pressures from surroundings can produce stress on a person. Such a stress could cause tightness across chest, muscular pain, body ache, shortness of breath etc. These are not symptoms of any bodily ailments, but are stress symptoms and therefore are not unhealthy. You should understand stress properly. Learn to cop up with stress. Counseling and stress therapy should help you. For the time being, do take a break from that house and go to your own house and stay there for a fortnight. During that fortnight period get counseling and learn stress management. Take care.

You can apply this home remedies • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain. • Drink lukewarm water.

Dear Lybrate user, *These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples and black spots: * do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water.• Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin, * Avoid more use of tea, coffee, junk, dry foods.*Massage face with backing soda by mixing with little water.

I have been facing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation off late. The stiffness doesn't remains for over 3-4 mins. Both these issues I believe are due to excessive drinking and smoking thus I have cut down on both. However I would still like to take medication for the same. Please advise!
