I have done with my root cannel for front 2 teeth. And I want to fit braces. Is it harmful to have braces?

Not at all. Braces aren't harmful. If you think there is some problem in alignment of your teeth then you should get braces treatment done. Cap is different thing. Your front two teeth may or may not require cap treatment depending upon destruction of those teeth.

Start taking chia seeds 1 tsp daily with water. Add raagi aatta 1 tsp daily in your chapaati. Take walnuts and almonds soaked overnight in emptystomach. If you are overweighted try to loss your weight. It will lessen your problem.

Hi lybrate-user. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

My height is short. How can I increase my height Please tell me proper diet nd exercise whch would help me to increase the growth of my height.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Add amla beetroot juice in morning and evening. Use citaphil face wash, for first morning wash - use paste of masoor dal powder with chirongui powder mixed with raw milk scrub it mildly on face every morning and, later rub ice cubes on face. Apply lemon juice mixed with rose water in day time - when you are at home. As you go out calamine lotion is fine. Weekly give steam to face and later apply tomato juice over it. Rub ice cubes before sleeping and apply lemon juice mixed with rose water before sleeping.

Skin rashes can occur from a variety of factors, including infections, heat, allergens, immune system disorders and medications. One of the most common skin disorders that causes a rash is atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema. Atopic dermatitis is an ongoing (chronic) condition that causes itchy, inflamed skin. Most often it appears as patches on the face, neck, trunk or limbs. Avoiding harsher soaps and detergents or other irritants, can lessen symptoms or reduce the risk of flare-ups. Medicated creams or ointments can also be prescribed by me after due recall of your medical history.

Hi. I have a skin problem going on for 1 month now. I have medium n small white patches on my face. Also recently I discovered white spots on my body too. My body is more itchy nowadays. Please, may I know what problem I have.

White patches are caused by loss if pigment called vitilligo. It needs treatment by a skin specialist. Some other conditions may cause light patches which still retain pigments. So they are not completely white.

Polycystic ovarian disease causes irregular menstrual cycles, excessive body or facial hair and polycystic ovaries and infertility. It is due to hormonal imbalances. Treatment-- healthy diet and regular exercise is recommended for all women with pcos. If overweight, reduce your weight. Medications includes-birth control pills to regulate menstruation, insulin-sensitizing medications, ovulation induction to treat infertility or androgen-blocking medications. Hi, if your periods comes regularly, no need to worry about it. Some times periods will get missed by external factors like stress, strain, sleeplessness, whether change, infections etc. So watch out next cycles. If you felt anything wrong, then consult a doctor.

Hi, Iron rich foods are - Spinach - Kabuli Chana - Peas - Kishmish - Beans Vitamin C foods required to absorb Iron - Oranges, Melons, Tomatoes, Lemons Calcium rich foods - Milk, Cheese, Curd, Paneer, Eggs, Brocoli, Almonds Vitamin D - Sunlight(20 mins), Eggs, Cod Liver Capsules .. These are best sources. However currently your HB and Cal levels are quite low hence you should go to a Doctor for proper advice. These foods you can continue to take which will help you to increase your Iron and Calcium levels.

If I want to get pregnant in the month of may and would follow doctors advice of having intercourse from day 11 to day 21 (alternative days) after periods and hav 5 mg folic acid. Hello, the chances of conception in any cycle with natural intercourse remains between 30-40% only. The earliest you can check is after 8 days post missed periods with urine pregnancy test.

Hello, the gap between teeth can be closed by: 1. Orthodontic (braces) treatment which is the best and most conservative treatment. Visit an orthodontist and get it checked. 2. Veneers 3. Crowns. It is better to see the case clinically for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

How to Manage Oily SKin

Oily skin can be a pain to deal. The accumulation of excess oil on the outer skin layer often leads to whiteheads, blackheads, blind pimples and other skin irritations. The excess oil results from the sebaceous glands in the skin producing excess sebum. Those who have this condition usually have shiny skin and large pores.

 

Oily skin can be caused by genetics, dietary choices, too much stress or hormone changes in the body due to puberty. Women also are more prone to oily skin during menstrual cycles, pregnancy, or menopause and while taking birth control pills.

 

Methods:

1. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle face cleanser.

2. Use oil-free moisturizers and oil-free sunscreen.

3. Eat spicy foods no more than once a week.

4. Eat carrots, spinach, avocado.

5. Exfoliate once a week.

 

Home Remedies:

1. Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin c content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne-prone skin. Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil.

 

Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.

Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes.

Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer.

 

 

2. Apples: Apples work as a great exfoliating agent and they have mild antiseptic, astringent, and soothing properties that make them a great home remedy for oily skin. The malic acid in apples helps exfoliate dead skin cells and absorbs excess oil from the skin’s surface.

 

Grate half an apple and place the shreds on your skin. Leave it on the skin for 15 minutes and then wash it off with tepid water.

Mix one teaspoon each of grated apple, yogurt and lemon juice to form a smooth paste. Apply it all over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse your face with cool water.

 

 

3. Egg whites: High in vitamin a, egg whites can effectively dry out skin blemishes as well as tone and tighten up oily skin.

 

Whip one egg white until stiff and spread it on your skin. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with warm water. Do this twice a week.

Whip one egg white, add the juice from half a lemon and mix it well. Apply the mixture on your face, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. This will tighten the skin and soak up excess oil.

 

 

4. Use clay mask

 

5. Multani mitti or fuller’s earth: Multani mitti is the best face pack for people with oily skin. The magnesium chloride present in it drags out the dirt and oil present in the skin pores which prevents acne and blackheads.

 

Mix rosewater or plain water into 3 tablespoons of fuller’s earth to make a paste.

Apply to face, leave on 20 minutes.

Rinse with water.

Repeat once a week.

 

 

6. Cornstarch: Cornstarch dries up excess oil, leaving skin soft and clear.

 

Mix 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch with warm water to make a paste.

Apply to face and leave on until dry.

Rinse with lukewarm water,

Repeat daily.

 

 

7. Facial steam helps in unclogging the pores and removes the dirt trapped in them and evaporates the oil on the skin. Before taking a facial steam, remove the any cream or makeup or else it can cause skin irritation. Just 5 minute facial steaming is enough.
