hello Neeraj..ya you have listened right about non veg diet if you are non vegetarian...but 1st main thing regular ur diet pattern.its very unhealthy that you skip your meal..take high protein diet..improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism... drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. include nuts in your diet.. maximum intake of fruit juices..

Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. You require: apple cider vinegar, distilled water how to use: to 1 part vinegar, add 3 parts water and mix thoroughly. Dip a cotton swab into it and apply it on pimples. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Reapply 2-3 times in a day for best results. Papaya: papaya is a rich source of vitamin a and protein (papain). Helps in exfoliating dead skin cells and treats irritated dry skin. You require: mint leaves, lemon juice how to use: take 2 cups of mint (peppermint) fresh leaves and grind them into fine paste. You can add few drops of lemon juice to it. Using a cotton swab, apply on pimples. After 30 minutes rinse off with cold water. Do not rub, gently pat with dry towel. Green tea: green tea is rich in epigallocatechin-3-gallate, an antioxidant. Research studies have revealed that epigallocatechin-3-gallate reduces sebum production, inflammation, and infection thus relieving from acne symptoms. You require: green tea leaves how to use: extract green tea from green tea leaves. Wash your face twice a day with green tea and dab with soft towel. It leaves you refreshing and relaxed. You can even daily intake one cup of green tea. Aloe: aloe has many medicinal unseen benefits. It soothes your skin and nourishes giving a vibrant look. You require: aloe, blender how to use: to attain a beautiful and glowing skin start using aloe as your routine. Extract gel from 2? 3 aloe fresh leaves or buy it from a health store. Apply to face and wash off after 20? 30 minutes. Repeat same procedure thrice in a week to get desired results. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate): sodium bicarbonate neutralizes skin ph. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Hi My wife is suffering from diabetes since last three months. Her fbs is 251mg & ppbs is 328mg . She is taking simple veg. Food daily. She takes tab. Amaryl M1 & Glucophase XR500 both time before lunch & dinner. But the blood sugar level is not going down. Please Let me know the perfect treatment to control the sugar.

This much of sugars can be controlled by 3 ways 1) life style modifications I mean she needs to do 30 min of exercise regularly like swimming, brisk walking etc this will decrease insulin resistance 2) she should eat diabetic diet 3) change of medicine I thing she should add newer drugs called gliptins to it just a single tab will take her sugars normal.

Looks like you have freckles, it can also be lentigenes. This can arise in association with some other systems involvement too. Most commonly, intestinal associations can be seen. So, it's important that you consult a specialist physically. Apart from this, you can use a sunscreen with physical block and chemical agents, this vil protect your skin from harmful uv rays which vil increase these tiny black spots. Make sure your diet is rich in lycopene, this is present in plenty in tomatoes which is more beneficial if had in processed form as puree, ketchup, paste or sauce. You may even need a laser treatment. This can b decided after an examination.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Wrap 25 to 30 ice-cream sticks, make a bundle, put it between upper & lower front teeth for 15 minutes thrice a day increase 1 sticks each day.

I am 25 years old male and i am in depression. When I took depression tablets (by doctor's consult) it was recoverd very much. Dear, depression is usually treated with a combination of medicines, psychotherapy, exercise and meditation. Depression is manageable with all these steps. I will suggest you to do skipping daily and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

How to increase height 1. Take Ashwagandha According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Take Ashwagandha to Help Increase Your Height Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. Drink it every night before going to bed, at least for 45 days to increase your height. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height. 3. Indulge in Yoga You can also do some yoga to increase your height naturally. Certain yoga exercises facilitate the release of growth-inducing hormones in the body. Yoga also helps release stress that causes tension in the back muscles, which in turn paves the way for maximum growth. The best yoga pose to increase height is the ‘Surya Namaskar’, in which there are 12 different postures performed in a particular chronological order. 4. Stretch Your Body Stretching is another effective way to enhance height at any age. Try to stretch your body by standing on your toes for a few minutes daily, several times a day. Other stretching exercises that you can try at home include car stretch, super stretch, cobra stretch, bow down, twists and basic leg stretches. With regular stretching, you can add one or two inches to your height. Plus, it will help improve your posture. 5. Engage in Exercise and Sports Exercise and sports stimulate the release of growth hormone that contributes to your height. To enjoy good height, you mustexercise regularly and take part in sports activities. One good exercise to increase height is skipping where you need to jump a lot. Do skipping for at least 30 minutes each day in an open area. Holding on to a horizontal bar and hanging with your spine stretched out is another effective exercise to facilitate height gain. Stay in the position for 10 seconds and repeat at least six times daily. Plus, play games like tennis and basketball that require you to jump a lot. This will help increase your height and also help in maintaining ideal body weight. Also indulge in outdoor activities, like cycling and swimming, on a regular basis to enjoy good height and a toned body. 6. Get Proper Sleep When you rest, the body grows and regenerates tissues. In fact, the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) responsible for increasing height is produced naturally in the body when you have a sound and deep sleep. During sound sleep, the brain is relaxed and releases more growth hormones. On the other hand, a tired brain shows low release of growth hormones. Diabetes can be controlled by eating whole grains like daliya, oatmeal, sprouts. Stay away from sugar. Have bitter fruits and vegetables like bitter gourd, jamun. Stay away from junk totally.
