I am 25 years old and pursuing my doctral degree. My MRI report says its an Grade 3 ACL tears and moderate knee joint effusion. I am not facing any knee instability, but the swelling on the knee persist and I feel pain occasionally. Since reconstruction surgery takes to recover nearly 6 months and above, I do not want a surgery and ask of you is there any alternative or surgery is must.

There is no conservative way to heel the ACL. U can try physio and quadriceps exercise which heals the pain and swelling to quite an extent. Yes if you do not have laxity and you do not have problem in running and stairs, then you can wait else surgery is the best choice.

Choose foods lower in fat and calories and higher in fiber. Focus on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. 2)Get more physical activity. Aim for 30 minutes of moderate physical activity a day. Take a brisk daily walk.If you can't fit in a long workout, break it up into smaller sessions spread throughout the day. 3)Try to lose excess weights. Quadriceps exercises. Hot fermentation twice a day. Put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 to 15 times. If it work then ok otherwise meet physiotherapist.

I am suffering from shoulder injury it's normal all the time but when want to throw any thing with power like ball it's not allowing me severely paining for couple of minutes and again normal when I usually twist it it's paining can't able to play cricket please help me out and little bit worried about shoulder workout in my sessions it has be nearly 1 month since it happened.

Shoulder pain & armIt is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

I had lab tested for tsh, t3 t4 and got values as 6pIU/ml, 6.51ug/dl and 1.09 ng/ml respectively. My tsh is on higher side and t3 on lower side. I also have all symptoms of hypothyroidism like muscle fatigue, dry skin, weight gain (even though I am very active, play football daily and eat moderate food with low fat). I am planning to take thyronorm, need advice on dosage and anything else that you all feel needs attention. Thanks in advance.

Hello, need to monitor your weight, first, please. You should restric ,intake of Cauliflower, kale, spinach, turnips, soybeans, peanuts, linseed, pine nuts, millet, cassava, and mustard greens in your dietary regulation.
