Hello, Have mixed variants of nuts and dried fruits as they will help you with better protein utilisation. Any single food item in isolation can't give you results, you have to focus on overall diet.

You need to take her to a good skin specialist because of risk of infecting the new born .its also risky because if it is on the tummy or vaginal area the delivery site can be affected.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

hi rohit,I really can understand ur health issue nd don't wrry too much abt it just u have to do some efforts for ur body nd mind,have proper food on tym I know home made food r the best option but we have to right food for our survival right so just eat when u r hungry u can also have home made ladoos or any homemade snack with u so as to grab the snack when u r hungry,and I had seen hostelites to not have milk nd milk products so have them too in ur diet,in hostels or campus there r gud option of outdoor games nd gym so do spend ur tym with ur friends as well.being physically active make u more energetic nd fresh.and also be hydrated.do study but don't forget to go out,eat right,have nuts.hope this advise of me helps u out.nd for any other nutritional advise or diet chart u can consult me anytym using private consultant option. take a gud care of urself dear.have a gud day. it was nice talking to u

Hello, Check how low are your Serum calcium levels. I would really not advise any calcium supplements, as their absorption in the body is often partial and might in long run can affect kidney functions. Calcium is abundantly available in natural sources like sesame seeds, Ragi, dark green vegetables, dairy products, if the deficiency can be covered by having a high calcium diet it is always sensible to follow a natural one.

hello shantanu, include every nutrient in your dietand include high kcal fruits and vegetables in your diet like,aloo arbi , peas carrot in yur diet : fruits; mango grapes , chickoo , kiwi, pineapple,. eat after every small intervals . despite of your busy schedule,take out time for eating, and make your body healthy,its the only place where u have to live in.
