हमारे शरीर को तरोताजा और स्वस्थ फोटो बनाए रखने के लिए नींद का आना बेहद जरूरी होता है. आपने महसूस भी किया होगा कि सोने के बाद आदमी कई तरह के थकान और परेशानियों से अपने आप को मुक्त पाता है. इसलिए अनिद्रा की समस्या काफी गंभीर है. अनिद्रा से हमें थकान, टेंशन, सरदर्द, डिप्रेशन, आदि समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है. अनिद्रा की बीमारी को आमतौर पर दो भागों में बांटा जाता है - एक्यूट और क्रोनिक. थोड़े समय के लिए होने वाली अनिद्रा को एक्यूट जबकि लंबे समय तक या सालों तक चलने वाली अनिद्रा को हम क्रोनिक के अंतर्गत रखते हैं. अनिद्रा की समस्या को हम दूर कर सकते हैं, लेकिन कैसे? यहां पर हम आपको कुछ घरेलू उपचारों के बारे में बता रहे हैं जिसके प्रयोग से आप अनिद्रा को काफी हद तक कम कर सकते हैं.

1. कैमोमाइल टी
कैमोमाइल टी का उपयोग प्राचीन काल से ही नींद को बेहतर बनाने की औषधि के रूप में किया जाता रहा है. आज होने वाले कई शोधों में यह देखा गया है कि इसमें मौजूद एपीजे नींद नामक योग्य इसके लिए जिम्मेदार है. इसलिए जब भी आपको अनिद्रा महसूस हो या ऐसा लगे कि नींद नहीं आ रही है. आपके मोबाइल का सेवन करें इसका स्वाद बनाने के लिए आप इसमें दालचीनी और शहद भी मिला सकते हैं.
2. मेथी का जूस
मेथी के जूस के नियमित सेवन से आप अनिद्रा की बीमारी को दूर कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए मेथी की ताजी पत्तियों को पीसकर इसका जूस बनाना चाहिए. इसके दो चम्मच जूस में दो चम्मच दो चम्मच शहद मिलाकर इसका सेवन करें.
3. एप्पल साइडर विनेगर और शहद
एप्पल साइडर विनेगर और शहद हमारे शरीर में मौजूद फैटी एसिड्स को तोड़कर नियासिन में परिवर्तित करने का काम करते हैं. इससे अनिद्रा की बीमारी को दूर करने में काफी लाभ मिलता है. इसके अलावा शहद इंसुलिन और से सेरोटोनिन के स्राव को बढ़ाकर नींद लाने में फायदा पहुंचाता है. यदि आप दो-दो चम्मच ऑर्गेनिक एप्पल साइडर विनेगर और शहद को एक गिलास गर्म पानी में मिश्रित करके सोने से पहले पिएं तो काफी लाभ मिलेगा. आप चाहे तो दो चम्मच एप्पल साइडर विनेगर को एक कप शहद में मिलाकर टॉनिक के रूप में भी रोज एक चम्मच ले सकते हैं.
4. जीरा
जीरा हमारे पाचन शक्ति को बढ़ाने में काफी लाभदायक होता है. इसके अलावा यह नींद को भी ठीक करने का काम करता है. हमारे यहां प्राचीन काल से ही आयुर्वेद में नींद को बढ़ाने वाले औषधियों में जीरा का उल्लेख मिलता है. इसके लिए आप जीरा के चाय का सेवन कर सकते हैं या फिर केले को मसल कर उसमें एक चम्मच जीरा पाउडर मिलाकर रोज रात को सोने से पहले इसका सेवन करें. इससे आपको काफी लाभ मिलेगा.
5. केसर
केसर का सेवन हमारे लिए शांतिदायक गुणों में वृद्धि करने वाला होता है. यदि आप नींद के लिए इसका इस्तेमाल करना चाहते हैं तो केसर की दो लड़कों को एक कप गर्म दूध में मिलाकर रात में सोने से पहले इसका सेवन करें. ऐसा करने से आपको अनिद्रा की समस्या दूर करने में मदद मिलेगा.
6. गर्म दूध
अनिद्रा की समस्या में सबसे जरूरी होता है कि आपके दिमाग और शरीर को आराम मिले. दूध इस काम को बहुत अच्छे से कर सकता है. क्योंकि इसमें नियासिन एमिनो एसिड पाया जाता है जो कि नींद को बढ़ावा देता है. इसके बेहतर उपयोग के लिए आप एक कप गर्म दूध में एक चौथाई चम्मच दालचीनी पाउडर मिलाकर सोने की 1 घंटे पहले इसे पी लें.
7. जायफल
जायफल का उपयोग हम प्राकृतिक निद्रा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए करते हैं. जाहीर इसमें शामक गुण होते हैं. एक चौथाई चम्मच जायफल के पाउडर को एक कप गर्म दूध में मिलाकर इसे सोने से पहले लें या फिर एक चौथाई चम्मच जायफल के पाउडर को एक कप गर्म पानी में मिलाकर भी ले सकते हैं. इसके अतिरिक्त एक चुटकी जायफल के पाउडर को एक चम्मच आवला में मिलाकर दिन में तीन बार लेने से भी अनिद्रा और बदहजमी में लाभ मिलता है.
8. हॉट बाथ
सोने से दो-तीन घंटे पहले हॉट बात लेने से भी अच्छी नींद आती है. इससे शरीर और तंत्रिका तंत्र को भी आराम मिलता है. यदि आप इसे और कार्य करना चाहते हैं तो पानी में कुछ बूंदें रामरस कैमोमाइल आयल लैवेंडर आयल आदि मिला दें.

Knee pain can come from injuries including sprains, swollen or torn ligaments, meniscus or cartilage tears and runner's knee. Pain in both knees is more common with arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout or pseudo gout, usually later in life. You need to consult physio for better treatment. I advise you to treat this prob use quadriceps and hams exercises, and use medicine twin stem sachet, aloevera, salakhi, suth/guggal, calcium c3. You feel better and your prob solve asap.

Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help. Get weight bearing knee X-rays to stage the disease. Intrarticular injections offer great pain relief. Physical exercises are the mainstay of arthritis treatment. Avoid squatting or cross-legged sitting.

I am 40 years old. I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary tb in the month of November and AKT4 was started. I am experiencing excessive pain in my knees, left ankle and right wrist. My right wrist is also swollen and I am unable to fold my fingers. Doctor's say that I am having osteoarthritis wrist, knee and ankle. After two months I have been switched to R-cinex. I want to know whether I have to consult an ortho for my pain in joints or my problem will be solved once I am cured from tb. How long does the pain persists in general.

Hi as per your infromation ,akt4 have 4 salt rifampicin ,isoniazid ,ethambutol, pyrazinamide, many times seen that pyrazinamid have side effects of joint pain, then it must be better for confirm blood test for better examination of osterarthrits and rehumatoid like cbc, esr, anti ccp test ,rf factor.

Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN, Identical K2 and Enzomac forte will help. Avoid cross legged sitting and sitting on floor. Using a English lavatory will offer great help in daily routine life.

Hi, I think if you have osteophytes in your hand at joint sides. U will definitely feel pain, if size is more and movement have very painfull and obstacles. You should contact with orthopedic surgeon. If pain occurs particular point so you should contact Physiotherapist to use Ultrasound treatment for some days. And follow some conservative treatment.

Start Calcium supplements, with Vit D3 sachets, also take good diet, with dairy products, rich in Calcium, fruits+salad+soup. And go for a good Physiotherapy session of a month, knee exercises Will surely give you ease of pain and provide strength.

Hello. If after 1 month your requisite for Zolfresh or Zopiclone isn't there, then you don't need either. These are relatively less habit forming than certain other medicines used for sleep disturbances. However, one can get dependent (psychologically and physically) on them too. It is more advisable to follow sleep hygiene as well: 1. Limiting daytime naps to 30 minutes. 2. Avoiding stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine close to bedtime. 3. Exercising to promote good quality sleep. As little as 10 minutes of aerobic exercise, such as walking or cycling, can drastically improve nighttime sleep quality. 4. Steering clear of food that can be disruptive right before sleep. Heavy or rich foods, fatty or fried meals, spicy dishes, citrus fruits, and carbonated drinks can trigger indigestion for some people. When this occurs close to bedtime, it can lead to painful heartburn that disrupts sleep. 5. Ensuring adequate exposure to natural light. This is particularly important for individuals who may not venture outside frequently. Exposure to sunlight during the day, as well as darkness at night, helps to maintain a healthy sleep-wake cycle. 6. Establishing a regular relaxing bedtime routine. A regular nightly routine helps the body recognize that it is bedtime. This could include taking warm shower or bath, reading a book, or light stretches. When possible, try to avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before attempting to sleep. 7. Making sure that the sleep environment is pleasant. Mattress and pillows should be comfortable. The bedroom should be cool – between 60 and 67 degrees – for optimal sleep.

for knee put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 sec then release and repeat 10 to 15 time. quadriceps exercises. hot fermentation twice a day. for shoulder. do hot fermentation. shoulder shrug exercises. stretching of shoulder and neck. avoid computer work. avoid heavy weight. and keep continue your physiotherapy treatment for few days

Cannot be becoz of medicine, it might be coincidental. Don't squat or sit cross legged for few days, if it subsides OK, otherwise better to have physical consultation with an orthopaedician.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

30 year female recently started complaining of joint pains and stiffness all over the body. Specially lower back, knees, wrist, and fingers. Though there is no visible swelling in any of the joints. Following tests were done with these results: CRP (quantitative) = 0.6 RF = 1.00 TLC = 6.95 DLC-neutrophil = 58 Lymphocytes = 33 Monocyte = 05 Eosinophil = 04 Basophil = 00 ESR = 08 Based on these result RA was diagnosed. Would like to have your second opinion.

Multiple Joint Pains / Early morning pain It is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help. Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician to check with your ESR levels to check whether you have inflammation.
