1. Crush some coriander seeds with ginger and add some honey to make paste. Take a little amount for 3 to 4 times per day.
2. Take 4 to 6 thin pieces of fresh ginger root and place them in a large mug. Add a touch of honey or lemon and then pour very hot water over the slices. Don't boil, just cover and steep for 10 minutes. Drink a cup before or after a meal.
3. Boil 1 cup of water and place a tea bag in it. Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Squeeze the bag, then add a bit of honey and lemon. Drink this tea for relief.
4. Warm 1 cup of water and add 3 slices of fresh lemon juice and stir it. Drink this early in the morning on an empty stomach.
