Hi, you need to consult a psychologist and take cognitive behavioral therapy for your negative attitude and thoughts. For anxiety, practice deep breathing and yoga. For increasing confidence and developing skills you need to take therapy. So consult a psychologist online or in person.

Initially avoid yogurt, curt, excessive spicy & slaty foods, fast food & junk food, cold water/milk, cold drinks, avoid sprouted pulses like mung-chana etc. Its may be due to deficiency of vitamins & trace elements of body due to faulty life style and dietary habits. As its summer stated you need plant of water to avoid dehydration. Please share your details like food habit, water intake, bowel habit, sleep pattern, job nature, stress in life etc.

Hello, main causes of sleeping disorders are as follows:- significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce, moving) illness. Emotional or physical discomfort. Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep. Do meditation every morning. Take kali phos 6x, 5 tabs every night. Take avena sativa q, 10 drops and passiflora q, 30 drops, mix them in half cup of water and drink it, half an hour before your bed time, daily for a month. This will definitely help you. Thanks.

I have pigmented dark neck. It is very embarrassing what products I must use to get clear neck.
It is very essential to cleanse and exfoliate neck skin every day just as we do with our faces. When we neglect neck while pampering face, this results in patchy dark skin. So follow this daily care routine for getting rid of dark neck. • Take milk and rub your neck with it. Milk is an excellent cleanser and a toner too. • After cleansing, use a scrub, preferably natural one, to exfoliate the skin around your neck. • You may mix olive oil with sugar and rub gently to scrub your neck. • Sometimes use another scrub having bleaching agent such as lemon juice. You will find many scrubs here in this article that you can use for daily exfoliation. • After exfoliating, wash off with water and apply some moisturizer. • Whenever you go out, apply sunscreen to your neck along with your face. This will avoid pigmentation. • Never step out in sun when you apply lemon juice on your skin. This will make your neck darker than before. If you follow the above neck care regime daily, you will begin seeing result in a two week’s time. However, do not stop and continue cleansing, scrubbing and moisturizing your skin. Home Remedy Oats is not only good for your overall health but also for your patchy dark neck. As we do not pay more attention towards cleaning our necks while doing every thing for our face- from cleansing, scrubbing, moisturizing and what not – our neck gets dirty with the oil and fine grit deposits. This makes it look patchy and dark. Oats can be used as a scrub as well as a mask for dark neck when mixed with certain other skin lightening ingredients. Use oats as a scrub for dark neck You will need: • Oats – ground it coarsely, do not make fine powder out of it • Tomato pulp • Water • Moisturizer Directions: • Take the coarsely ground oats powder. • Mix tomato pulp to it to get a paste like consistency. • Apply this mixture to your entire neck region. • Leave it for about 15-20 minutes. • Now wet your fingers a littles and start rubbing your neck gently in circular motions. The coarse oats will have an exfoliating effect to remove dead skin cells from your dark neck. • After scrubbing your neck with this natural oats scrub for about 5-7 minutes, wash off with water. • Apply some moisturizer on neck and massage gently. You may use this scrub twice or even thrice in a week depending upon the intensity of dark patchy skin on your neck. While oats will remove dirt and dead cells, tomato pulp will lighten the skin due to its natural bleaching properties.

I am not able to sleep early and properly. I keep awake till the wee hours of morning and later I go to sleep but after waking up late around 10 in d morning I feel lyk headache and I do not feel fresh whole day.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

you are doing very good work on your studies. but you think too much about hair fall. hair fall it is common thing. you are too much concentrated on this aspect. it is better to ignore yourself. it is always good for you health. hair comes again.no problem regarding this. eat good healthy food. take good rest. your weight is also normal. dont think about this.good personality means not only physical personality. think always matured manner. be develop broadmindedness. dont give high priority for small problems. take it easy. feel always comfortable. do your work systematic manner. be share and express your internal feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. dont think always in a sensitive manner.develop a strong personality. be sociable and be friendly with others. be positive all the time. ok all the best.

My symptoms of anxiety include heart beating and suddenly when I see my friends or cousins I can not Hold my facial expression I become very nervous I can't smile. If I smile my lips become shivering. And also I can't face camera in front of another people if do my lips shivering when I smiling. It become very uncomfortable to me. I really feeling irritated. And also my hands are shivering very badly when I write something in front of the people. When people ask me question I can't answer it currently. When I being in a crush or with my friends I can't enjoy I feeling nervous. I was not like dis one years ago. I was so hapy so confident I am able to manage AnY anxious situation and can speak fluently. I have started medicine 9 month ago. Started lithosun 400 mg, prodep,for the first month and replace prodep and started arip mt 5 for 4 months. And along with iT started pramipexole. It slightly decreases my anxiety. Bt my physical symptoms still there. I have consuming iT for 6 months then started nexito for 1 month. And replace iT with buspin. Now am on lithosun, arip mt, buspin. Bt still I feel anxious. Which is the better medicine for my condition. Is these drug can help me at least relief my symptoms like facial expression?

Symptoms of anxiety, tremors since last 1 year needs a comprehensive evaluation. The medication that you are taking may also cause tremors and anxiety. The gap in between the two teeth is a common phenomena. Do not worry. If your teeth is pushed outside it may need braces. Most often it can be corrected by simple removable braces which will cost within Rs. 5000 / If at all the tooth is inside but gap alone seen. Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

If she has a pressure sore, you need to reposition het regularly and place in correct position. Use a mattress(water bed), bed and special cushions that can help her lie in an appropriate position, relieve pressure on sores too. It is essential to keep wounds clean to prevent infection. Get her dressing done if required as suggested by the doctor. Hope this helps u.

•Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin. •Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. •Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. •Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.
