Ingestion of sperms does not lead to pregnancy. 2) pregnancy kit is reliable provided kit is stored at less than 30 degrees temp. In a fridge but not froze. False negative test means negative only to be repeated again but there are no false positive tests. If 2 lines are visible, there should be no doubts.

Dear low back pain k liyyy you can do it perfectly….1, Lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int From all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2….Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3…Scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hold for 5-10 minutes. I hope you will fittttt ands fine…………….Thnx.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Usually hormonal changes trigger increased sebum production. Sebum is a kind of oil produced by skin to maintain its moisture content. Excess sebum can clog the skin pores. Propioni bacteria acnes, is normally present over skin, overgrows in areas with high sebum and releases mediators that lead to inflammation of skin. Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria, and acne are also known to be exacerbated by psychological stress and are also associated with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. (biochemic) calc sulph, cuprum ars are some medicines available for these and most important is it requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. With age, your skin loses its firmness and elasticity slowly leaving open pores which look very upsetting especially upfront. It's very important not to use any form of products available in the market for this on your face. Instead what you can do is use an oatmeal scrub which you can prepare at home using some oat flakes n honey. This vil help reduce the pores and moisturise your skin. Do this twice daily and a month later you can top up this method with some medication which vil bring significant changes. there are a lot of food which can bring back the glow in your skin. There, s more to them than just colours and being fruits and vegetables. They act at a molecular level to maintain the color, tone, texture of skin. Have plenty of fruits especially colored ones, blue and purple fruits like grapes, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, plums, egg plants, strawberries, cranberries are rich in anthocyanin phytonutrients which is a potent antioxidant which repairs collagen and smoothes the skin. Hi, for reducing dark circles take a cotton and soak with rose water and apply around eyes and keep it overnight. Do this daily take ferrum met 200 4pills to be sucked twice a day for 15 days.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

We all know a simple answer to this: weight loss. Weight loss is a healthy living choice in which you consistently maintain eating a balanced, nutritious, detox diet, and be physically active. Healthy Diet plan A weight loss diet is not a fad diet or a crash diet. A weight loss diet is also not a diet that leads you to stress, and increases your chances of binge eating. It is a diet that amply minimizes your bad fat intake, supplies you with good energy to get you through the day, and which adds immensely positively to your body health. What makes for a weight loss, detox diet? For starters, you will need to say goodbye to all debilitating sugar food. It means omitting out from your diet: soft drinks, chocolates, ice-creams, jams, sauces and sugar-laden pastries. As you begin to get past the sugar diet, your body will begin understanding how to reduce weight fast. Next, you will need to incorporate the following for a healthy detox diet: 1. Eating 3-4 cups of assorted vegetables daily. 2. Replacing white bread with whole wheat bread. White flour food items like pizza, pasta, pastries or naan shouldn’t be a part of your diet. Instead you need to be opting whole wheat bread, chapatis, and brown rice in your diet. Even for biscuits, get rid of munching on biscuits made from refined flour, and instead snack on whole wheat crackers or bran biscuits. 3. Not skipping a meal. Make eating at least three meals a day your habit. 4. A good detox diet includes having plenty of water. Drinking more and more water helps eliminate toxins from body and keeps the system clean. 5. If you are a non-vegetarian, eat lots of fish. 6. For an effective weight loss diet, limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. 7. Increasing fiber intake in your diet. This is an important element for weight loss and makes for a healthy diet plan. Eating fiber rich food provides bulk, a sense of fullness, and prevents hunger pangs. It helps balance out the blood sugar and eases the elimination cycle. Foods include wheat bran, whole fruits and vegetables. Supplements of Psyllium seed husks and Guar gum are also rich sources of fiber. A good detox diet is finally complete with supplies that have plenty of antioxidants like Vitamins C and E, Selenium. Antioxidants are important because when we begin to lose weight we start losing fat from fat cells. Along with the fat, the stored toxins also get liberated. Antioxidants protect our bodies against these toxins that can cause damage and irritation to many tissues, in particular the liver. A herbal liver cleanser can also be a good antioxidant supply. To increase your metabolic rate, try increasing the duration, the frequency, and the intensity of your daily work out. When more sets of muscles are used, the level of fitness improves. A healthy diet plan and exercising is a fool-proof way of how to reduce weight fast yet safely. Make this a lifetime habit, and a healthy, disease free, happy life would follow.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Calcarea Phos. 6x, Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello, I am 28 years old my weight is 73 kgs and my BMI is overweight. Every day in morning I am taking first warm water with honey and lemon. After 30-60 mins m having oats/ cornflakes with milk/ curd one fruit (apple, banana). Afternoon spouts, salad, fruits, night roti, dal, sabji, salad. Daily 30-45 mins m doing walk in evening. I want to know why I can not reduce my weight. Last two months I am following this above food. Can you please suggest me what should I eat or not or any diet chart for my weight loss.

There is always a proportion for food at every meal. Overeating or eating in excess can lead to fat gain. Looking at your diet record I see that there is too much of carbohydrates in every meal. Excess carbohydrates convert to body fat. There is no good quality protein in your diet. You have to use healthy oils for cooking. Drink enough water. And exercise well. There can other issues as well which may hinder fat loss like 1) hormone issues 2) water retention.
