You do not have a job, you are depressed, people at home treat you badly, and you are getting married? This is not at all right. You will ruin your wife's life too. First get some help from a counselor and doctor, and resolve your depression and your job: it sounds to me like your depression is quite serious to cause so much of damage. Get well and then get married. In the meantime, do the following: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hello, You are suffering from genital skin disease. Maintain pubic hygiene,trim hairs regularly, avoid spicy food,drink lots of water to flush out body toxins, apply neem oil locally and use herbal blood purifiers.Your problem can be solved easily.

Depression and stress can be because of thinking pattern.Person has ruminating thought.Patient get depressed because he/she does one mistake.She/he believes that thoughts are facts.When he/she learns to do mindfulness meditation she realizes that thought is only mental event it is not fact.Because of this realization her reaction to that thought get minimized Stress or depression is outcome of reaction to the thoughts and as reaction is low ,stress or depression can be controlled.

I am a Hindu married woman of 38 years deeply in love with a married Muslim man. My husband came to know about my affair and asked me to leave the house and filed for divorce. I started living in a rented flat and started working in a call centre. My husband started mentally torturing and harassing my boyfriend. Soon my boyfriend started telling me to go back to my husband and wanted to break up with me. I was so devastated that I overdosed myself with antidepressants. As my husband kept on spying on me, he somehow guessed that I had committed suicide, he took me to the hospital where I was kept in the ICU. I was unconscious for 5 days. When I came back to my senses, my husband told me that he had informed my boyfriend about my suicide and since then he has switched off his mobile. Later I found out that my boyfriend had also deactivated his facebook account. I sent him many mails which he did not reply. I was heart broken and was unable to live for a single second without him. My husband was continuously telling me against him. So out of anger, frustration and desperation, I lodged a FIR against my boyfriend. The same day he was arrested. He was charged with rape, fraud, religion act and sent to jail. He wanted to talk to me in the lock up, I too wanted to talk to him but everything happened so fast and because of my husband's instructions to the police, I couldn't talk to him. After 2 days I went to meet him in the jail. He told me that he loves me and missing me. He switched off his phone because my husband threatened to put him in jail. My husband also asked him to block me from everywhere and cut all contacts from me. He further said that he went to the hospital everyday to enquire about my condition. He said that he will never go away again and will do whatever I say. I asked him to prepare an agreement where he will agree to marry me after my divorce. He accepted. Since then I go and meet him in jail every week. We both have signed the agreement and compromise. We forwarded his bail petition to the lower court where it was rejected. Now next week the bail plea will be submitted in the judge court. He has been going through hell in jail. I am feeling extremely guilty and traumatized. Meanwhile when my husband realized that my actual motive behind lodging case against him was not to punish him but to compromise and settle with him, he asked me to leave the house again and he said that once I leave the house, he will file divorce again but this time without any alimony. If I refuse then he will file adultery case against me and that will put my boyfriend in jail again. On the other hand, my boyfriend is telling me that he has deep financial crisis, so how will he maintain two families. I think after my boyfriend comes out of jail, I will commit suicide again. Please advice what to do?

If the work load is causing the stress, learn to manage your work well. You could talk to your supervisor and tell him about the stress and he may suggest some better ways of doing what you are doing. Stress is eventually all about the perception of stress. If you change the outlook, the result will be 350`different. If there is a possibility to delegate some work to someone else, please do so. To feel energized you must eat healthy food involving whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Drink green tea and a lot of buttermilk every day. You may eat an egg every day too: it is a multivitamin and multi-mineral, all built into one. You must exercise regularly, especially the aerobic kind. Get at least 8 hours of good sleep and the more you sleep before midnight the better. Learn some stress management and meditation. You must identify our feelings and make sure you express all of them, appropriately. Maintain good relations, especially at home. Deep breathing exercises help to calm a person, immediately. Do not indulge in drinking and smoking.

Find out what you are anxious about. Write them down. And then write logically is it really a thing to be anxious about. If it is take steps to address the core issues. You know your problems best so it is you only who will bring out the best solutions. We can only give you medication to calm down. Do the above and then let us know.

Hi the normal sleep requirement is 6 to 8 hrs preferably a continuous one. This may vary according to individual. Any thing less or more can be harmful. Always the bets way of studying is sitting irrespective of whether its on the floor or the chair. Only thing you need is a platform which can support you in holding the book at a height and distance which does not give too much of strain to your backbone.
