Hi doctor, does a person require ssri such as nexito for anxiety and panic which only occurs when the person goes out of his home. At home he has normal functioning no anxiety no panic. Better to consult her treating psychiatrist. If its too troubling and you are not able to access a psychiatrist, reduce dose to 25 mg daily for a week or two, then increase to 50.

Hello. I take atomoxetine 18 mg (attentrol brand) and fluoxetine 20 mg (fludac brand) daily in the morning to deal with my depression and adhd symptoms as a combined medical therapy. But atomoxetine is not really helping with my core adhd symptoms like inattention and impulsivity. On top of that, I believe atomoxetine is causing side effects such as high bp, irritability, agitation and anger. I'm thinking to increase my fluoxetine dosage from 20 mg to 40 mg to balance the side effects caused by atomoxetine and to provide better results for my symptoms. Please suggest.
