I had a FUT transplant done 45 days back. Hair starting falling from the second week itself. As of now 80% of the hair have fallen. I had a follow with the doctor he said now they will start growing. But I do not see new hair coming out. The area where hair have fallen is like a clean scalp with no growth. Normally when we shave our head, the hair starts growing next itself. What should I do?

Hi lybrate-user please don't worry. After 2 weeks post surgery the hair start to fall. This fall can continue for as long as 3 months. You will notice the new hair growth only from the fourth month. However if you are worried I would like to have a look at your scalp. You can visit our clinic - Derma Circles in South Extension 2. Let me know if you have any doubt at all.

Which is best drink for healthy life .Among tea, milk and green tea .Is there any another healthy drink for all ages ...
If we try to think about the most consumed drink in the world, then tea will come second to none but water. Interestingly, all types of tea, be it green or black, comes from the same plant i.e. Camellia sinensis. The difference only lies in processing and oxidation that makes the difference. Without adding anything to it, tea or it’s leaves contain hardly any calories, fat, sodium, carbonation or sugar. Tea contains antioxidants and is known to have many health benefits, including reducing the incidence of diabetes. GREEN TEA -Green tea leaves do not undergo fermentation and hence, don’t go through the oxidation process which black tea undergoes. This retains an extremely rich amount of EGCG (epigallactocatechin gallate), a popular antioxidant known for fighting heart disease, strokes, cancer and more. BLACK TEA -The EGCG in black tea is destroyed during the fermentation process which makes it low in this powerful anti-oxidation. Yes, we love the comparison game and we are sure you love it too and today’s topic is very common and linked to our daily life: Milk tea vs Black tea vs Green tea. It is an interesting fact to know that tea is the most consumed drink in the world after water. There are various types of tea available including Milk Tea, Black Tea, Green Tea, Lemon Tea, Oolong (a traditional Chinese tea) etc. There are many different benefits of tea like it is less in caffeine than coffee, helps in weight loss, contains antioxidants and vitamins, improves the immune system, helps in protecting bones and reduces the risk of heart attack. So let’s discuss in deep the positives and negatives of milk tea, black tea and green tea (Milk Tea vs Black Tea vs Green Tea). Black Tea Black tea is made from a shrub known as Camellia sinensis and is considered healthy if taken once or twice a day and without any additives like sugar or milk. Benefits of Black Tea 1. Antioxidants – Black tea incorporates polyphenols, which are chemicals found in plants. It is believed that they have health benefits such as prevention of diabetes, high blood pressure etc. 2. Oral Health – Black tea restricts bacterial growth and reduces plaque formation which prevents tooth decays and cavities. Black tea plays a crucial role in preventing oral cancer. 3. Increases Energy – Black tea contains less amount of caffeine which helps in enhancing blood flow to the brain. It stimulates respiratory system, metabolism, kidneys and the heart. 4. Immune System – Black tea contains tannins that fight viruses and keeps us safe from stomach flu, influenza etc. It helps to boost our immune  5. Stress Relief – Amino acid is present in black tea which helps us to concentrate better and relax. When consumed in moderate amounts, It reduces the level of stress. Risks of Black Tea 1. Drinking a lot – Having black tea in moderate amounts is safe but having large amounts of it (more than four cups in a day) may cause health problems. 2. Difficulty in Sleeping – In relation to the first point, having large amounts of black tea means having a lot of caffeine which can cause a problem in sleeping. 3. Nausea – Drinking too much black tea on an empty stomach can irritate your stomach and can cause gastric problems. Green Tea Green tea is made from a shrub known as Camellia sinensis and is loaded with nutrients which help in improving mental alertness and thinking. Benefits of Green Tea 1. Improves Brain Function – Green tea contains caffeine but much less than coffee. Although, the effect of caffeine is still present which improves our brain function. 2. Fat Reduction – If you want to lose weight then green tea is the best and easiest way to do it. It increases fat burning and helps to boost the metabolic rate. Thus, improves physical performance. 3. Low Risk of Cancer – Green tea is a superlative source of antioxidants, thus, reduces the risk of various types of cancer. It can help lower the risk of Prostate cancer, Colorectal cancer, Breast cancer etc. 4. Improves Health – Green tea contains polyphenols. It reduces the formation of free radicals in the body and protects molecules and cells from breakage. It also helps in prevention of diabetes, high blood pressure etc. 5. Skincare – Green tea has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which help reduce wrinkles, smile lines and all signs of ageing. Risks of Green Tea 1. Insomnia – Drinking large amounts of green tea (more than five cups a day) means having a lot of caffeine which can cause a problem in sleeping, nausea, diarrhoea and can upset the stomach as well. 2. Iron Deficiency – Green tea reduces the absorption of iron from food so, drinking too much of green tea can be harmful as it could increase the possibility of iron deficiency.

I m of the opinion that you should get treatment of'janudhara' in which herbal oils warmed and poured constantly over knees through a directed procedure for about two to four weeks, is capable of averting surgery in many cases.
