Hi… apply mixture of aloe vera gel and divya godhan ark on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2 tablets of raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila and rootz shampoo, do all these things for 30 days, it gives you good result…yes livon hair tonic works but above said things are much effective. Thanks.

I have gained weight since last one year, I want to loose it, can you tell me the effective regime for it.
1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hi 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily, Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.

HI…reason behind obesity is decreased BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE), 1) so question is HOW BMR DECREASED…. BMR is mainly depends upon functions of LIVER, THYROID, PANCREASE, and PITUITORY GLAND, A) hypo- functions of these organs reduces BMR and body becomes obese, B) hyper- functions of these organs increases BMR and body becomes lean, C) so if you want to reduce weight then we have to increase BMR, D) so to increase BMR follow few basic things, 1) take solid food two times in a day only, 2) try to take diet which is easy to digest and according to quantity of hunger, 3) eat those fruits only which increases power of digestion and which easily digests LIKE…grapes, pappya, orange, pomgrenate, sweet lime, pineapple, watermelon, muskmelon, strawberry, mulberry, 4) strictly avoid fruits which are hard to digests like banana, guava, custardapple, chiku, jackfruit, 5) Try to take soups of green gram, lentil, horse gram, 6) try to take meals inbetween 10 am to 9 pm, 7) when you take meal do not eat anything for minimum 4 hours…. HI…1) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna before meals and on empty stomach in morning, 2) take 1 tablet of gandharva-haritaki at night before sleep along with warm water, do these things for 30 days, gives you good result, thanks.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 3) sleep upto 10.30 pm 4) avoid coffee and tea A) apply mixture of garlic and lemon juice on the scalp B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals C) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast E) take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA before meals and 2 tablets of raktastambhak vati in morning with juice Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good results REASON behind hair loss is increased pitta dosha (heat) in a rakta (blood) due to this roots of the hair get burned and hair fall started. To stop hair fall we have to remove increased pitta dosha from rakta and stop excess as well as abnormal formation of pitta (heat. And after that we have to increased strength of hairs by three ways. MEDICINE, DIET AND EXERCISE. THANKS.
