The uric acid of my body is increased. How to reduce it? Will walking help in this case?

MBBS
General Physician,
Drink plenty of water. No need to reduce your diet very much. Take everything in moderate quantity. Uric acid if increased levels are found cause problem when it crystallize in joints. To reduce this chance you need to hydrate yourself. I. E. Drink plenty of water. Take medicine to reduce uric acid only after consulting a physician.

Never take the open tablets. Always in packets. Look for batch number, expiry dates.

I am losing my weight before one year and my hemoglobin is about 7 something please tell me how can I increase my wei...
Hb -7 means you are severely anaemic. You are losing your blood or the production of blood is less. Or both. Its a serious condition. Need to be evaluated. Besides a good diet if fruits and green vegetables you will need iron and vitamins supplements but don't ignore it. Go to your nearest medical college.

Tab combiflam 1 twice a day get these test -urine re/me blood sugar fasting hb/tlc/dlc/ meet a surgeon you ll probably need a surgery for this.

My husband 54yrs latest ECG says left atrial abnormality and incomplete RBBB. What it means, is it serious, can it be treated completely. He is diabetic (5.7) which is usually under control with little high BP.

MBBS
General Physician,
Keep a track on your blood pressure daily. Review with Medicine Specialist. You will need an ECHO test to confirm any heart changes. Do not delay it.

I am kidney transplant patient last four years in kashmir give me awareness for swine flu.

MBBS
General Physician,
Your immune system is compromised due to the drugs you take. Hence a greater risk from any infection including Swine flu. Avoid getting in contact with patients. If somehow you got the contact, meet your physician who will give you prophylactic antiviral Oseltamivir probably. Further frequent hand wash , wearing a good mask will suffice
