Hi, Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice Pelvic floor exercise or Kegel excercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened! In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform Kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

Sir muje piles ka problem he to me bina operation k thik ho sakta he kya? Sir koi upay bataiye please give me ans.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Yes you can be cured of piles without operation. You need a proper treatment for this. DO consult me in private - I will help you out. Till the time follow the below: The first home treatment that is highly recommended is ice. Ice will help constrict the blood vessels, reduce swelling and give you immediate pain relief. Apply an icepack or a partially melted piece of ice wrapped in a cloth directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes. Do this several times a day until the hemorrhoid goes away. You can even use a small pack of frozen vegetables such as peas or corn. Wrap the pack in a tea towel and then apply it on the hemorrhoid. Do this for 20 minutes at a time, three times a day.

Sir I have some body problems how to solve my problem leg pain, head pain etc any one solution.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Sir I have some body problems how to solve my problem leg pain, head pain etc any one solution.
Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? The pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), Shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), Tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), Sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter. For headache: Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Exercise stress test (also called treadmill test) is an important investigation not only in patients with suspected cad but also in established cad. In the former group, it helps us to exclude cad in patients with chest pain and in the later group, it helps us to assess functional capacity, risk stratification and to detect any additional (new or residual) ischemia. Stress test being a physiological test, has a huge advantage of assessing the adequacy of myocardial blood flow without even knowing the coronary anatomy, while coronary angiogram (cag) has a zero physiological value* in spite of excellent assessment of the coronary anatomy! it is an irony, in the assessment of angina we are expected to assess the physiological adequacy of myocardial blood flow, we have kept coronary angiogram as a gold standard over and above the much neglected physiological stress test. Of course, the limitation of stress test is that, it has only 75% specificity (to rule out cad) and about 80% sensitivity (to detect cad. In simple terms stress test is likely to miss 20% times to miss a cad in patients with cad and 25% of times falsely diagnose cad in patients without cad. In the above statistics, coronary angiogram was considered gold standard. The problem with this data is that, cag is not the real gold standard, but it was nominated as a gold standard. We now know normal coronary angiogram is not equivalent to normal coronary arteries and vice versa. While both test have limitations, it is logical to believe cag has an edge over stress test since it visualises the anatomy. But, once an obstruction is demonstrated by cag, stress test scores over in assessing the physiological impact of the lesion.

Dear, usually in viral fevers the temperature rises in the evening. If the fever is 100 or less no treatment required. If persists for more than 48hrs / fever rises more than 101 or above you have to consult qualified experienced doctor. In general people go to medical shop / quack and follow their advice. Mean while you can manage fever by Para acetamol tab500mg for adults avoiding outside food, take boiled cooled water for drinking. Have regular bath ,wash hands frequently with an anti septic lotion.

DEAR Lybrate USE Common causes of poor sleep (insomnia) in your case may be: -Poor sleep hygiene -Anxiety -Depression -Excessive stress -Substance use if present -Primary insomnia Common symptoms of anxiety and depression are: anxiety, low mood, decrease talk and interaction with others, nervousness, restlessness, mild irritability, excessive worry regarding own health, tremor, muscle spasm, heaviness in body, easy fatigability, headache, sleep disturbance, negative thinking, palpitation and dry mouth. Let me know if you are having some of the above symptoms with duration. Apart from that, chronic insomnia also lead to anxiety and depression. Irrespective of cause, below principles of sleep hygiene which will help you in long term: • Fix a bedtime and an awakening time. Do not be one of those people who allows bedtime and awakening time to drift. The body "gets used" to falling asleep at a certain time, but only if this is relatively fixed. Even if you are retired or not working, this is an essential component of good sleeping habits. • Avoid napping during the day • Avoid caffeine 4-6 hours before bedtime. This includes caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea and many sodas, as well as chocolate, so be careful. • Avoid heavy, spicy, or sugary foods 4-6 hours before bedtime • Exercise regularly, but not right before bed. Regular exercise, particularly in the afternoon, can help deepen sleep. • Use comfortable bedding. • Find a comfortable temperature setting for sleeping and keep the room well ventilated. • Block out all distracting noise, and eliminate as much light as possible. • Reserve the bed for sleep. Don't use the bed as an office, workroom or recreation room. Let your body "know" that the bed is associated with sleeping. • Practice relaxation techniques before bed. Relaxation techniques such as yoga, deep breathing and others may help relieve anxiety and reduce muscle tension. • Don't take your worries to bed. Leave your worries about job, school, daily life, etc. Behind when you go to bed. Some people find it useful to assign a "worry period" during the evening or late afternoon to deal with these issues. • Establish a pre-sleep ritual. Pre-sleep rituals, such as a warm bath or a few minutes of reading, can help you sleep. • Getting Up in the Middle of the Night :Most people wake up one or two times a night for various reasons. If you find that you get up in the middle of night and cannot get back to sleep within 15-20 minutes, then do not remain in the bed "trying hard" to sleep. Get out of bed. Leave the bedroom. Read, have a light snack, do some quiet activity, or take a bath. You will generally find that you can get back to sleep 20 minutes or so later. Do not perform challenging or engaging activity such as office work, housework, etc. Do not watch television. • A Word About Television: Many people fall asleep with the television on in their room. Watching television before bedtime is often a bad idea. Television is a very engaging medium that tends to keep people up. We generally recommend that the television not be in the bedroom. At the appropriate bedtime, the TV should be turned off and the patient should go to bed. Some people find that the radio helps them go to sleep. Since radio is a less engaging medium than TV, this is probably a good idea.
