I and my bf had some intimate moments with jeans on. We both were wearing jeans. It was on 17th jan and on 19th jan I observed some brown discharge and I was ill also and that brown discharge continued till 5th feb which was my periods date and I started bleeding normally. But whenever I was eating something I vomited but now its ok. I took a pregnancy test on 6th feb which was negative. Is there still any chances of pregnancy?

Pregnancy results from physical contact leading to fertilisation of ova by the sperm. If there was no physical contact, the question of pregnancy does not arise. Yet, the brown discharge could be due to infection. If it recurs, please contact a doctor.

She wants termination at 5 months of pregnancy? I doubt any doctor would suggest termination at this stage. It is too risky. If she is really keen then please ask her to visit a gynaecologist nearby ASAP.

Low Vit D and TSH are not related per se. Yet both are very important in their own respects. You can get tsh cross checked at another lab for confirmation.

Iron does not affect periods. This kind of thing is normal if it is a single event. If it repeats or is a frequent occurrence then blood tests become mandatory. You may contact me if you want more details and advice.

Most likely it is muscular pain. Apply a pain relieving gel locally and take a digestive enzyme. If it persists, please consult your treating doctor.
