This disease caused by empty stomach or untimely taking food, so first of all you should keep in your mind that you don't stay with empty stomach. After that you should apply healthy life style and healthy fooding habits such as exercise, taking easy digestive food and avoids cold drink, refined food, fried food etc.

At first make a better plan for study after that you should start implementing on them along with you will have to decide what's method is most suitable for you. You should implement healthy life style to release your stress such as: wake up early morning, do exercise like meditation, yoga or other aerobics. Thanking you.
