In a woman having 28 days regular cycle better chance of pregnancy days are considered as from day 11 and 16 counting from first day of last period. If periods have different cycle depending on that counting changes.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist Then lot of reports are done and different treatments are tried. Patience is important. IVF is last but not initial option.

Hello doctor, I am 24 Years old, I got married in May 2015. In september I got to know I was pregnant, We both were not prepared for baby yet, so I got it aborted, it was a medical abortion. After the abortion I did scanning and everything was cleared. Till january my periods were regular, again in the month of february I was pregnant, we were in dilemma whether to continue or not, still I got it aborted, I took medicine myself, after that I did scanning everything was cleared and my uterus is normal, both the ovaries are also normal. Again till September 2016 my periods were absolutely normal (28 days cycle), I am pregnant now, due date is august 3rd, this time we want to continue the baby. Will my earlier two abortions affect my third pregnancy? Please answer me. My periods are always regular, in other two pregnancies I had pregnancy symptoms of nausea, vomiting, morning sickness. But this time I don't have any strong symptoms as such. I have done urine test and my pregnancy is confirmed. Please give me solution for my confusions. Please doctor.

Hi,The symptoms of pregnancy will vary in each pregnancy. Do not worry about it.Get a scan done to check the heart beat of the baby.Forget about previous two abortions and enjoy this pregnancy and welcome the baby. There will not be any added risk.It is like first pregnancy like everybody and the risks of it.Nothing more.Enjoy your pregnancy.

Premature ejaculation and homoepathic treatment

Premature ejaculation and homoepathic treatment

Premature ejaculation is a common sexual complaint. Both psychological and biological factors can play a role in premature ejaculation.

Homeopathic medication, psychological counseling and sexual techniques that delay ejaculation can improve sex.

Symptoms

The primary sign of premature ejaculation is ejaculation that occurs before both partners wish, causing concern or distress.

1. Ejaculation that always or nearly always occurs within one minute or less of vaginal penetration

2. The inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations

3. Negative personal consequences, such as distress, anger, frustration or the avoidance of sexual intimacy.

4. Is marked by persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal
Stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration.

The exact cause of premature ejaculation is not known. It involves a complex interaction of both psychological and biological factors.

Psychological causes
Early sexual experiences may establish a
Pattern that can be difficult to change later in life, such as:

1. Situations in which you may have hurried to reach climax in order to avoid being discovered

2. Guilty feelings that increase your tendency to rush through sexual encounters

Other factors that can play a role in causing premature ejaculation include:

Erectile dysfunction. Men who are anxious about obtaining or maintaining their erection during sexual intercourse may form a pattern of rushing to ejaculate which can be difficult to change.

Anxiety. Many men with premature ejaculation also have problems with anxiety - either specifically about sexual performance or caused by other issues.

Relationship problems. Interpersonal issues between the partners may contribute to this problem.

Biological causes
A number of biological factors may contribute to premature ejaculation, including:

Abnormal hormone levels

Abnormal levels of brain chemicals called neurotransmitters.

The abnormal reflex activity of the ejaculatory system.

Certain thyroid problems

Inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra

Rarely, premature ejaculation is caused by:

Nervous system damages resulting from surgery or trauma

Withdrawal from narcotics.

Complications

While premature ejaculation doesn't increase your risk of serious health problems, it can cause problems in your personal life, including:

1. Relationship strains. The most common complication of premature ejaculation is relationship stress.

2. Fertility problems. Premature ejaculation can occasionally make fertilization difficult or impossible for couples who are trying to become pregnant.

Diet and nutrition: one should take a diet rich in citrus fruits, sprouts, egg, fish, wheat germ oil, flax seeds, almond, figs, walnut and seeds preferably muskmelon. Drink plenty of water, avoid too much use of antidepressant drugs, avoid narcotic drugs, avoid excess alcohol. Sleeping hours must be 7-8. Yoga is also beneficial in keeping good health but before doing yoga always have an expert opinion.

Homeopathic medicines indicated for this problem are:
Berberis, caladium, carbo veg, china, conium, calc carb, eryng-aqua, gels, graph, lyco, natrum carb, natrum mur, nux vom, phos acid, phos, picric acid, platina, selenium, spongia, staph, sulph, sepia, titanium, vanilla, zinc.

Homeopathic treatment cures premature ejaculation without side effects permanently.

My both tubes are blocked n I want to conceive a baby what should I do in dis case.
Depending on the location of tubal blockage as well as condition of the tubes, you need to go for either laparoscopy to get the tubes opened or opt straight for ivf if it appears that the tubes cannot be opened up.
