Hello Lybrate user you should loose your weight. You should also take janu basti (a panchkarma theray) for quick results. Do some yoga and pranayam. Take plenty of water. Take high fiber amd low fat diet.

Hello Lybrate user you should loose your weight. You should also take janu basti (a panchkarma theray) for quick results. Do some yoga and pranayam. Take plenty of water. Take high fiber amd low fat diet. Take calcium rich products like- milk, curd, buttermilk, banana, apple, guava, almonds, eggs (if you take).

Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Hello, Lybrate user cut down the intake of your calories do 1-2 hours regular work out drink 1-2 liters water daily practice deep breathing 15-30 minutes drink lukewarm water take boiled vegetables and fresh fruits adopt an active life style avoid fried, boiled, spicy food items.

Mindful eating needs professional help. There are amny myths in foods as what is good for weight loss and what is notl Green yellow orange shoukd be your choice of colours for vegetables. Seasonal fruits should be your choice of fruits. Restrict Mango and jackfruit. Usee less oil in cooking.

Do not keep prolonged fasting avoid sleeping at day time do pranayam and try to keep your back straight (don't take support) avoid fried, oily, spicy food stuffs drink lukewarm water and practice yoga adopt an active lifestyle avoid aerated drinks, tea, coffee etc take boiled vegetables and fresh fruits.

You have to find time for a 45 minute exercise. You have to take at least 2 cups of vegetable in each meal lunch and dinner. One to rwo cups of freshly cut fruits in between meals. Use less oil in cooking. Eat food cooked outside the house as less as possible.

Dear lybrate-user Good to know that you are walking at least for 10 to 20 mins. That shows your spirit. Continue with that. It is better to consult a good physiotherapist for your ankle issues. Regarding diet, kindly avoid all kind of junk foods and start taking more vegetables and salads. Include Millets like ragi, foxtail, barnyard etc. Take warm lemon water early in the morning.
