I used to met sex with outsiders, I wore double condoms and taken very safety precautions. But, when ever I met for sex, first shot I ejaculate withing 5-10 seconds and 2nd shot 2-3 mins. I met a urologist, he suggested me semen culture and hormonal test. MY right testis had little swelling also. I am attaching docs here. He prescribed paroxetine 10 mg, tadalafil 10 mg for 3 months. And DOXT SL capsules for 20 days.
After the semen culture report, he suggested me amikacin 500 mg for 5 days.
MY question is that the PME is caused due to this semen infection/?
How to over come PME?
Pls guide me.
