Also, in case of younger patients, a minimal amount of fat behind the nipples cannot be removed, and this is quite insignificant in the long run. Within at least two weeks the tissues re-adjust to their normal condition if any damage is not imposed on them. It is better to stay away from any exercises within the first two weeks to avoid any damage to the operated area and recover quickly.
