It is true that chin liposuction is not very invasive. Tumescent local anesthesia (TLA) is used for the surgery. With the assistance of the surgical staff, a TLA solution is prepared when you go for the surgery. This solution contains 1-2% concentration of Lidocaine and this is present along with saline. A minute canula is inserted in the position where you want the chin reduction and the fat is sucked out through it. Don t opt for chin reduction surgery at once and try other measures before.
