The facial incision that is required in vampire facelift is performed through injections and so the cut is microscopic. Also, the injection of the blood mixture causes no bruising as it is a thin watery fluid.

A vampire facelift is a cosmetic procedure where the facial tissues that get loosened overtime is surgically repositioned. It involves the utilisation of the patient's own blood through a process known as Selphyl. A portion of the patient's blood is extracted from her arm and subjected to spinning in a centrifuge to separate the plasma from the red and white blood cells. The concentrated plasma, which is rich in platelets, is then injected into the face.
