Especially anything pertaining to nasal obstruction, medications, and surgeries of the nose that a patient may have undertaken in the past. Apart from this, a physical exam of the nose and the skin is required to set the expectation straight. Someone from the Doctor s clinic might take some photographs and edit it from different angles to show the patient about the after effect of the rhinoplasty. A doctor might also alter the chin of a patient undergoing Rhinoplasty. This is done to ensure that a patient with a smaller chin doesn't appear to have a bigger nose.
