Yes, it can be eczema. But give details of the case to be sure. When you keep your skin healthy, you can prevent dryness, itching, redness, and maybe lessen the need for medication. Plus, it feels good to pamper yourself. Try these tips: bathe only in warm water. Hot water dries out the skin. Wash with a gentle cleanser instead of soap. Don't use body scrubbers or washcloths, which can be irritating. Pat dry with a soft towel instead of rubbing, and be sure to leave your skin damp. Apply moisturizers daily. Do it right after you bathe or wash your hands. Choose fragrance-free moisturizers that won't irritate you. Try using a thicker skin cream or ointment that has more oil at night, and wear cotton gloves or socks to lock in moisture. Gloves can also keep you from scratching in your sleep. Avoid too much bathing and hand washing. It will dry out your skin. Steer clear of alcohol-based hand cleaners, too. Limit your contact with skin irritants. Household cleaners, laundry detergents, perfumed soaps, bubble baths, cosmetics, and many other things can make eczema worse. Learn what irritates your skin so you can avoid it. Choose cotton clothes that fit comfortably. Wool and synthetic fibres can be irritating. Also, be sure to wash new clothes before you wear them for the first time. Use fragrance-free laundry soap, and rinse your laundry thoroughly. Avoid getting overheated. When you’re hot and sweaty, it can trigger itching and scratching. After a workout, rinse off right away in a warm shower. Know your triggers. Many people with eczema react to allergens such as pollen, dust mites, animal dander, and mould. Ease stress. It can be hard to find time to relax, but lowering your stress level will help you avoid symptom flare-ups.

Nightfall is commonly also known as wet dreams. The problem of nightfall is very common among men's in the mid age or adolescent age. The problem of wet dreams is characterized by the unknowingly and involuntarily ejaculation while asleep. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. Frequent masturbation, watching pornography or such pictures, discussing sex or adult talks makes a person victim of the nightfall. Also, certain medicines or drugs such as sedatives, tranquilizers, and high bp medicines can lead to nocturnal emission. Apart from this the mental state of mind (stress, depression, anxiety etc.) and also no or less physical activity (obesity, long sitting hours, inactivity) of a person accounts for wet dreams. Treatment 1. The best way to stop this is, masturbation. Masturbation is also natural don’t think it as otherwise. 2. A proper diet can ensure strength that you might have lost due to nightfall. 3. Practicing yoga and meditation regularly before going to sleep can also help in getting rid of the emissions. Other ways to treat nightfall is using natural or homemade remedies. There are no side effects for such treatment methods. Yogurt - should have at least 2-3 bowls of yogurt a day. Avoid watching porn - too much of porn arouses you sexually. So it is advised not to watch porn. Bathing - it is advice to take bath before you go to bed. It helps you have a sound sleep. A sound sleep is very important for avoiding nightfall. Here are few myths about nightfall that every man should know: 1. Nightfall in men is wrong and abnormal: there is nothing wrong or abnormal about nightfall; it is a normal part of growing up and becomes rarer as a male grows up. Rare nightfall in men is not harmful and one need not feel guilty. Nightfall is just spontaneous tendency to empty the reservoir of sperms in adolescents. 2. Nightfall in men is a sign of illness: this is a myth that most people have; however it is a natural process that occurs in most men unless it occurs very frequently. Nightfall with high frequency can affect the sexual and mental health of the male 3. Nightfall can make you weak: one of the favorite myths about nightfall; actually nightfall occur when there is absence of sex or masturbation to release the sperms and it is a natural way to remove the excess sperms from the testicular sac. However having excessive and frequent nightfall can decrease the immunity of the person. Nightfall in men can lead to reduced sperm count: this applies to only increased and frequent nightfall in men; it is a popular feared myth and nightfall does not reduce sperm count. It is a natural body mechanism to throw out the overflowing content from testicular sac and induce the regular formation of healthy sperms. 4. Nightfall reduces male organ size: one of the popular myths about nightfall; nightfall does not shrink the male organ. The truth is that there is nothing that can increase or decrease the size of the male organ; also sexual health does not depend on the size of the male organ.

I have nummular eczema on both of my thighs. I had first flare about 6 months ago. It is ugly with significant discoloration and is very bumpy. Dermatologist put me on prednisone, 50 mg tab x 5 days. I had an allergic reaction to prednisone. Swelling and bruising and severe itchiness all over my body. It even spread to my face. I still have ugly rash on both thighs and now on my elbows. What can be done to stop this eczema cycle. Dermatologist have given no suggestions.

Are you stressed? Take adequate sleep. Sleep deprivation can cause dark circles. Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. U can do the following 1. Tomatoes--mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off well with cool water.2. Cucumber- vcut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill it for about 30 minutes. Place the slices on the dark circles for about 10 minutes. Wash the area thoroughly with water.3. Raw potatoes -- grate a couple of chilled potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it on your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles entirely. Allow the juice to sit for about 15 minutes and rinse your eyelids well with cool water 4. Rose water -- soak cotton eye pads in rose water for a few minutes. Place the soaked pads on your closed eyelids.Leave them on for about 15 minutes.5.apply cool tea bags or an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth to your eyes daily. 6. Regularly undergo meditation and perform some exercise. U need proper constitutional med to get permanent relief. Ask for consultation so that I can help you better.
