Hi, lybrate user, •It indicates piles with gastric disorder , you are suffering from, causing by much stening owing to constipatio . •Tk,  plenty of water to moisten stool to prevent  constipation being the main cause of piles ,avoiding strain. •Use a hot water tub to soak your anus and buttockes  in warm water to release pain and pressure on rectum. Personal hygiene be manitained to reduce pain.  •Avoid sitting in one posture for a long time. keep on changing your sitting position to ease pain of piles. •Your diet be easily digestible rich in fiber, on time to avoid gastric disorder. Tk, whole grain,barley,  oatmeal and brown rice. Fruits :apples, pear ,and bananas and Papaya. Did you took the dose under professional trainer or just you wanted to try something without knowing your body requirement, however please note that you should never do this again Also note that it will be ok but till the time do not go to gym just a morning walk will do. Take balance diet and drink plenty of water... Also no food from outside

Hi, Please do not use Indian toilet and do not squat on floor for 6 months if you have undergone C-section. Take tab. Anuloma DS 1 tab at bedtime with a glass of hot water to get rid of constipation. Drink plenty of water and consume lot of raw or cooked vegetables .

Food will not be stuck for 4 minutes for anyone. It will take its natural course of passing through stomach and intestines. Do not unnecessarily worry about food travel in the intestines.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 7. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 8. Avoid constipation 9. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 10. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 11 .relax and walk for 30 mts daily 12. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 13. Keep your weight under control. 14. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Hi, from the details provided by you, I understand that you have cirrhosis of liver with chronic hepatitis b infection as the cause. You do not seem to have developed complications of portal hypertension viz. Gi bleed (blood in vomitus or stools), ascites (collection of fluid/water in stomach) or hepatic encephalopathy (drowsiness, transient loss of consciousness) etc. You need to continue with anti-viral medications for hepatitis b and cardivas along with regular screening and follow up with blood tests (every 3 to 6 months), ultrasound of abdomen (every 6 months) and surveillance endoscopies. Liver transplant is usually needed once you start developing complications or liver cancer (hcc) and is decided by your gastroenterologist/ hepatologist based on several parameters and scores (meld score.)
