Treatment For Epilepsy

Hello doctors. Im suffering from a kind of difficulty or unpleasant discomfort since 10 year. The difficulty start suddenly and remain till the 30 to 1 minute and slowly I feels relief and normal, I never unconscious during that difficulty attack but really to much difficulty which cannot explain in words. Im taking 2 medicine clobazam and lacosamide but still problem happen time to time no improvement. My neuro doctor always force to take me anxiety medicine, what the difficulty I have mentioned above that doesn't detect in other normal condition even long 4 hour only 2 time has detected in eeg while that difficulty happened during eeg test, eeg show abnormal sharp wave discharge from temporal lobe region and mri report show 1.ring shaped cortical/subcortical lesion with eccentric dot and blooming on swi and calcification on phase images in the left hippocampal with minimal surrounding edema. Findings represent calcified granuloma most likely related to neurocysticercosis. Other diagnostic consideration is tuberculosis. 2. Volume loss and no definite increased signal of left hippocampus as compared to the right with slight dilation of left temporal horn. Both mammillary bodies are unremarkable. Findings are concerning for left mesial temporal sclerosis. My neuro doctor force me to take anxiety because of normal eeg report guessing whichever I feels that only anxiety attack but I always refuse to take. Im searching a good treatment for my problem. I really don't to take higher dose of seizure medicines which gives only side effects and affecting my daily life. I have noticed after started seizure medicine additional problems are developing and feeling weakness. Please doctors suggest to me a life time cure of this problem. Thank you.

Dear Ram, The problem you are facing is being treated as Epiulepsy. you may have to furnish more details about he nature of episode you are having, in view of the existing lesion in temporal lobe i would like to consider Epilepsy as the main disorder and will like to increase the medication to correct dosage. If the episodes are not controlled with clobazam and Lacosam it may be worthwhile changing to other anti epileptic medicine under supervision.

Hello, the problem ypu are having seems to be Eyelid Myoclonia a not very common condition and frequently requires life long treatment but is adequately controlled. There is no specific exercise, diet etc which control seizure. I would like to change Mazetol to some other drug and/ or increase Rivotril. It can be reasonably controlled

Hello- peyronie's disease is characterized by an extreme curving of the erect penis caused by a hard, fibrous layer of scar tissue (plaque) that has developed under the skin. When the penis grows and hardens, the scar tissue pulls the affected area to an angle, causing an unnatural bend. The plaque that is formed by the thickened layers of penile soft tissue is non-cancerous, but this condition can be painful and make sexual intercourse quite difficult. There are a number of factors that can cause peyronie's disease. Weak or poor development of penis due to nutritional deficit and certain medications for hypertension, diabetes, epilepsy etc. Can be the cause in your case. There are no known firm measures in modern science except surgery that can be taken to prevent peyronie's disease. Surgical method has a high rate of recurrence and can cause unwelcome side effects, such as partial loss of erection (weak erection) or shortening of an erect penis (penis shrinkage). However, peyronie's disease can be completely cured and reversed by the help of ayurveda treatment, and it does not have any kind of recurrence too. Many potent herbs in ayurveda contain natural growth factors and phyto-molecules that are known to stimulate penile tissue repair and the rejuvenation process.

Hello, the medication is able to control the epilepsy is a very good sign. The need is to continue in the follow up and take the medicines regularly. Unfortunately you have not mentioned the kind of epilepsy he has been diagnosed with. The treatment depends upon the kind / classification of epilepsy which is based on clinical, eeg and genetic profile etc. I suggest you follow up with the neurologist and clarify the dosage and be under follow up. Switching to homeopathic treatment is not a good idea and I suggest you should follow up with a neurologist.

The high viscosity of semen could be due to hereditary or underperforming prostate gland.Low sperm motility refers to the inability of the sperm move quickly and efficiently toward their desired destination, the egg. Among men with low sperm motility, the majority of the sperm are too slow and haphazard in their motion to make it to the egg; in fact, most probably do not make it past the vaginal canal. Thankfully, both the conditions are are treatable with ayurvedic medicines no medicine will give you immediate effect. the treatment will be needed to be continued for at least three to four months before you start seeing the positive effects. I will recommend you to start the treatment as soon as possible good luck
