Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medication and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. For many men, a physical exam and answering questions (medical history) are all that's needed for a doctor to diagnose erectile dysfunction and recommend a treatment. If you have chronic health conditions or your doctor suspects that an underlying condition might be involved, you might need further tests or a consultation with a specialist. Tests for underlying conditions might include: physical exam. this might include careful examination of your penis and testicles and checking your nerves for sensation. Blood tests. a sample of your blood might be sent to a lab to check for signs of heart disease, diabetes, low testosterone levels and other health conditions. Urine tests (urinalysis). like blood tests, urine tests are used to look for signs of diabetes and other underlying health conditions. Ultrasound. this test is usually performed by a specialist in an office. It involves using a wandlike device (transducer) held over the blood vessels that supply the penis. It creates a video image to let your doctor see if you have blood flow problems. This test is sometimes done in combination with an injection of medications into the penis to stimulate blood flow and produce an erection. Depending on the cause and severity of your erectile dysfunction and any underlying health conditions, you might have various treatment options. Your doctor can explain the risks and benefits of each treatment and will consider your preferences. Your partner's preferences also might play a role in your treatment choices. Exercise recent studies have found that exercise, especially moderate to vigorous aerobic activity, can improve erectile dysfunction. However, benefits might be less in some men, including those with established heart disease or other significant medical conditions. Even less strenuous, regular exercise might reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction. Increasing your level of activity might also further reduce your risk. Discuss an exercise plan with your doctor. Psychological counseling if your erectile dysfunction is caused by stress, anxiety or depression — or the condition is creating stress and relationship tension — your doctor might suggest that you, or you and your partner, visit a psychologist or counselor. Alternative medicine before using any supplement, check with your doctor to make sure it's safe for you — especially if you have chronic health conditions. Some alternative products that claim to work for erectile dysfunction can be dangerous. The food and drug administration (fda) has issued warnings about several types of "herbal viagra" because they contain potentially harmful drugs not listed on the label. The dosages might also be unknown, or they might have been contaminated during formulation. Some of these drugs can interact with prescription drugs and cause dangerously low blood pressure. These products are especially dangerous for men who take nitrates.

Nightfall is commonly also known as wet dreams. The problem of nightfall is very common among men's in the mid age or adolescent age. The problem of wet dreams is characterized by the unknowingly and involuntarily ejaculation while asleep. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. Frequent masturbation, watching pornography or such pictures, discussing sex or adult talks makes a person victim of the nightfall. Also, certain medicines or drugs such as sedatives, tranquilizers, and high bp medicines can lead to nocturnal emission. Apart from this the mental state of mind (stress, depression, anxiety etc.) and also no or less physical activity (obesity, long sitting hours, inactivity) of a person accounts for wet dreams. Treatment 1. The best way to stop this is, masturbation. Masturbation is also natural don’t think it as otherwise. 2. A proper diet can ensure strength that you might have lost due to nightfall. 3. Practicing yoga and meditation regularly before going to sleep can also help in getting rid of the emissions. Other ways to treat nightfall is using natural or homemade remedies. There are no side effects for such treatment methods. Yogurt - should have at least 2-3 bowls of yogurt a day. Avoid watching porn - too much of porn arouses you sexually. So it is advised not to watch porn. Bathing - it is advice to take bath before you go to bed. It helps you have a sound sleep. A sound sleep is very important for avoiding nightfall. Here are few myths about nightfall that every man should know: 1. Nightfall in men is wrong and abnormal: there is nothing wrong or abnormal about nightfall; it is a normal part of growing up and becomes rarer as a male grows up. Rare nightfall in men is not harmful and one need not feel guilty. Nightfall is just spontaneous tendency to empty the reservoir of sperms in adolescents. 2. Nightfall in men is a sign of illness: this is a myth that most people have; however it is a natural process that occurs in most men unless it occurs very frequently. Nightfall with high frequency can affect the sexual and mental health of the male 3. Nightfall can make you weak: one of the favorite myths about nightfall; actually nightfall occur when there is absence of sex or masturbation to release the sperms and it is a natural way to remove the excess sperms from the testicular sac. However having excessive and frequent nightfall can decrease the immunity of the person. Nightfall in men can lead to reduced sperm count: this applies to only increased and frequent nightfall in men; it is a popular feared myth and nightfall does not reduce sperm count. It is a natural body mechanism to throw out the overflowing content from testicular sac and induce the regular formation of healthy sperms. 4. Nightfall reduces male organ size: one of the popular myths about nightfall; nightfall does not shrink the male organ. The truth is that there is nothing that can increase or decrease the size of the male organ; also sexual health does not depend on the size of the male organ.

You have very much uncontrolled diabetes and need stricter control. You have clearly diabetes and try the diabetic diet and precautions as I outline here. Diabetes affects all organs in the body – eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, in fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient and doctor should be in constant touch for regular follow up and advice. The common symptoms are: -both types of diabetes have some of the same tell-tale warning signs. Hunger and fatigue. Your body converts the food you eat into glucose that your cells use for energy. But your cells need insulin to bring the glucose in. If your body doesn't make enough or any insulin, or if your cells resist the insulin your body makes, the glucose can't get into them and you have no energy. This can make you more hungry and tired than usual. Urinating more often and being thirstier. The average person usually has to pee between four and seven times in 24 hours, but people with diabetes may go a lot more. Dry mouth and itchy skin. Because your body is using fluids to make pee, there's less moisture for other things. You could get dehydrated, and your mouth may feel dry. Dry skin can make you itchy. Blurred vision. Changing fluid levels in your body could make the lenses in your eyes swell up. They change shape and lose their ability to focus. You need a total check up before doing anything. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolized to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose – smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs), & hba1c (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & lifestyle. For diabetes, hypertension (high bp) and much long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one-time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in a scientifically & medically correct manner. Forgiving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take.

Hello. The creatinine value of 3 is quite high and it seems she is having CKD (chronic kidney disease, the cause being diabetes and hypertension. The renal disease may have been aggravated by pregnancy. It's important to take the opinion of a nephrologist. The progress of the renal disease can be impaired if you have tight control of blood sugar and hypertension. Dietary modification, weight reduction, and optimal sugar and hypertension control may help you. Best wishes.

Hello. With 8 hiv neg tests pl be assured its not due to hiv. Anyway hiv does not cause thrush in early stages of hiv inf, its a sign of fairly advanced untreated hiv inf. And there are other aids defining inf by this time and not just only thrush. Please consult your Dr. too who diagnosed it as thrush. See a reputed dermatologist to get the right diag. Biopsy and microscpic exam of scrapping of the lesion can be done. Lichen planus is also non infective common cause of thrush like oral lesions. Rest assured again, its not due to hiv. This is what perhaps seems to be worrying you as per your previous questions too. Thanks for question.
