Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. All this symptoms are commmon in babies of this age 1.for excessive crying -u need to do burping properly each time after feeds and rub the tummy gentlly with coconut oil if she is trying too much. Sometimes taking the child to fresh air in balcony or terrace or playing some rhyme for them or talking to them helps in distracting. 2.most babies cry before passing urine in early infancy, this is just like we feel urgency to pass urine, so need to worry about this.

You have not told your height, nor have you told how much weight you have gained. Use the belt that your gynecologist may have told you weight loss after pregnancy can take time, and you may not go back to your pre-baby weight or a healthy weight straight away. Breastfeeding has many benefits for the mother and child. It may make weight loss more difficult in the first three months postpartum, though after three months, breastfeeding may help you lose weight. Right now you will not be able to do heavy exercises so lose weight with proper diet. Please consult to dietitian.

Exercise's to reduce LBA 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7.
