Hello. I would first like to know what treatment you had taken for your stye and also how many times it has happened before? Stye can be a manifestation of a more deeper problem. People who have some kind of refractory error and do not know about it have a habit of habitual rubbing of eyes which can cause infection of the lashes. Do you have dandruff in your head or anywhere else? Did you consult an eye doctor for the medicines or took it on your own? The blurring of vision can be due to cornea (black round part) involvement or a side effect of the medicine you took at that time. A good quality picture of your affected eye can be a great help. The guidelines are to stop medicines after a 3 years of last attack. I guess you have not had seiure at all and the medicine was prescribe as a precaution. Ideally youi should stop the medicine, it has to be tapered down gradually over 3 months, this with the clear understanding that though the risk is less nobody can guarantee that seiure cannot occur, but hen nobody can guarantee that while on medicine you will not have any seizure. I suggest you taper medicine and take precautions.

Dear lybrate-user, 1. You are suffering from epilepsy which means two or more unprovoked seizures. At times seizures recur after a gap of 1-2 years and stopping medication. The seizures in your case are not due to a tumour and and it is not likely that you will have a tumour now after the onset 6 years back. Please be confident about not having atumour and take the medicines prescribed regularly.
