There is no terminology called pcod it is now called as pcos because it is not a disease but only a finding related to family history & lifestyle changes. Do not worry this is absolutely normal physiology, this is menarche that is starting of menstrual cycle, now you will face monthly cyclical bleeding per vaginum, initially there may be some problems like pain abdomen, back, thighs before or during menses which is referred as dysmenorrhea or you may have irregular menses but gradually everything will settle and monthly regular cycle would set. Don't panic every female undergoes menstruation for further consultation consult in private.
