Do not forget that currently you have to eat for your baby as well as for your nutritional needs. Increase protein intake in your diet. (dal, pulses,fish, meat, nuts). Homeopathy is the best alternative to avoid surgery specially, in the cases of piles, fissure, fistula. Hi lybrate-user. Yes you can feel some dizziness post delivery, primarily because of depletion of nutrients from your body. But to just take it as an absolute answer would be an over simplification. Dizziness or chakkar or vertigo can also occur because of vestibular (inner ear) disorder or cervical spondylosis. You need to go visit an ent specialist to clinch the diagnosis.
