You definitely have moderate diabetes and is not controllable with drugs alone. Diabetes affects all organs in the body – eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, in fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient and doctor should be in constant touch for regular follow up and advice. The common symptoms are: -both types of diabetes have some of the same tell-tale warning signs. Hunger and fatigue. Your body converts the food you eat into glucose that your cells use for energy. But your cells need insulin to bring the glucose in. If your body doesn't make enough or any insulin, or if your cells resist the insulin your body makes, the glucose can't get into them and you have no energy. This can make you more hungry and tired than usual. Urinating more often and being thirstier. The average person usually has to pee between four and seven times in 24 hours, but people with diabetes may go a lot more. Dry mouth and itchy skin. Because your body is using fluids to make pee, there's less moisture for other things. You could get dehydrated, and your mouth may feel dry. Dry skin can make you itchy. Blurred vision. Changing fluid levels in your body could make the lenses in your eyes swell up. They change shape and lose their ability to focus. You need a total check up before doing anything diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolized to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose – smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs), & hba1c (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & lifestyle. For diabetes, hypertension (high bp) and much long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one-time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in a scientifically & medically correct manner. Forgiving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally. You cannot and must not quit medication just like that. It has to be supported by your doctor always. Normally, if you have been on medication and that too the optimum does and your brain gets accustomed to this dose and medication for at least 3 years without any relapses, you can reduced gradually. This has to be monitored by a doctor. If done unprofessionally, it can worsen your condition and withdrawal symptoms may get initiated. So be patient and work with your doctor. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, spend time in nature or gardening, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on tv or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counsellor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Ankylosing spondylitis (pronounced ank-kih-low-sing spon-dill-eye-tiss), or as, is a form of arthritis that primarily affects the spine, although other joints can become involved. It causes inflammation of the spinal joints (vertebrae) that can lead to severe, chronic pain and discomfort. Symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis •pain and stiffness. You may have constant pain and stiffness in the low back, buttocks, and hips that continues for more than 3 months. Ankylosing spondylitis often starts around the sacroiliac joints, where the sacrum (the lowest major part of the spine) joins the ilium bone of the pelvis in the lower back region. It might hurt more at night and get better when you wake up. You might also feel pain in other joints such as your knees, shoulders, and jaw. •bony fusion. Ankylosing spondylitis can cause an overgrowth of the bones, which may lead to abnormal joining of bones, called "bony fusion. Fusion affecting bones of the neck, back, or hips may affect your ability to perform everyday things. Fusion of the ribs to the spine or breastbone may limit your ability to expand your chest when taking a deep breath. •pain in ligaments and tendons. Spondylitis also may affect some of the ligaments and tendons that attach to bones. Tendinitis (inflammation of the tendon) may cause pain and stiffness in the area behind or beneath the heel, such as the achilles tendon. •bent posture. If as has gone undiagnosed and untreated, you might have a stooped posture from changes to your vertebrae. •breathing problems. Changes in posture can lead to changes in your lungsthat make it hard to breathe. •heart trouble. The inflammation can also affect your heart. •eye problems. As is linked to uveitis, a condition that causes inflammation in your eyes. Symptoms include pain, light sensitivity, and blurry vision. •inflammatory bowel disease. The inflammation can also affect your digestive system. You might notice diarrhea, belly pain and cramps, bloody poop, less appetite, and weight loss without trying. •psoriasis. About 10% of people with as have this immune system disease that causes scaly, itchy red patches on their skin. •fatigue. You could feel run down because of lack of sleep due to pain or as a part of the disease process itself. •dactylitis. You may get swollen toes or fingers. •fever. You might have a mild fever. Over many years, as can cause new bone to grow on your spine, fusing the vertebrae and making it harder to move. This can cause severe stiffness. About half the people who have as get osteoporosis, or brittle bones. Exercises for the back, neck and.

I have peri orbital hyperpigmentation and dark circles under my eyes and hyperpigmentation on my nose skin specialist...
Firstly it usually takes a long time for hyperpigmentation around eyes to improve. Secondly hyperpigmentation is not the only cause of dark circles around the eyes. There are ample number of other causes like venous engorgement to volume loss which are treatable by other means. & even hereditary dark circles which respond minimally to treatment. So please consult a experienced dermatologist for detailed history and examination of your dark circles to provide you customized treatment.
