Pathological floaters on the other hand can be dangerous as they maybe due to an impending retinal tear/ detachment. These floaters if not timely managed, can be vision threatening. If identified early, can be treated with laser and/or surgery. No type of medicine has proven results in making them disappear permanently. Kindly consult an eye doctor for further queries. Hello. Such floating black dots/lines/cobwebs are floaters in medical terminology, particularly visible against light coloured and bright background. Hello. Your body in general seems to have an allergic tendency. In majority of the cases, it’s dust and pollen. But identifying the exact allergen is a very tedious task. Unfortunately allergy is something which cannot be cured, but just treated when it occurs. Best you can do is avoid any possible source of allergen eg 1. Avoiding dusty environments 2. Use appropriate mask while going outside 3. Steam inhalation and hot water gargles you develop symptoms and continue montair lc if the allergic episodes are very incapacitating to you and are affecting your day to day life, you may get an allergic skin patch test done.
