I am just 5.6 inches height my weight is 80 which diet is good to decrease weight.

you can start with any physical activity like running/ walk/ jog etc. take high protein diet in your breakfast followed by high fiber and low Carbohydrate food during the day. plenty of water will be affective. take regular meal at every 2 hourly. make a check of your weight.
