Hello Mam, As you have to sit for long hours this may lead to less consumption of energy, as a result the excessive glucose stored in body and later leads to storage of fats. The solution to this problem is take small regular breaks after one hour and move a little, only for five minutes. Split your diet in five small meals rather than having three big meals.
