HELLO I am an 18 year old teenager who is suffering from obesity at present my weight is 95 kgs and being in my high school I am totally packed and can't spare time for gym. SO WOULD IT BE SAFE FOR ME TO FOLLOW A KETOGENIC DIET IN ORDER TO LOOSE WEIGHT AS WELL AS BUILDING MUSCLES AT THE SAME TIME. AS A KETO DIET CONSISTS OF LOT OF FAT SO I'M afraid OF FOLLOWING IT .PLZ ONLY ANSWER IF YOU ARE VERY WELL AWARE OF ABOUT THIS TOPIC AND ONLY IF YOUR INSTRUCTIONS WOULD YIELD SOME REALLY GOOD RESULTS IN A QUICK TIME .PLZ HELP!

Hi lybrate-user, I can understand that you are very busy, but you can still stay physically active during the day. To lose weight a healthy and balanced diet can definitely help you. Fad diets like ketogenic work for a short term and can cause harm as eliminating any food group is not a good idea.
