I suffering from confusion. Its a sham for me at this age m still confuse regarding decision making .whether is job or other events in life. M life devastated when I see my friend success. M in delema. I had done blunder decision in my life. Now m scared. I was in depression. My head spin. My face looking thin and hopeless .dont know where to go please help.

On the positive side, confusion only means that you have many options. If you have too many, then there will be a problem of choice. But if you are habituated to stay confused even in the midst of good choices, then you may be obsessing and becoming indecisive. If you are not able to chose, then find someone whose opinions you trust to see what his/her choices will be and for what reason. That will help you. Since you had depression, there may be residual effects of depression and anxiety that needs some attention. I suggest you meet with a counselor and get some help to reduce anxiety and depression and help make healthy choices decisively.
