My father is 70 years of age. He was in job till 65 years of age. After retirement in (2012) he was fine for around 2 years but after that his mental & physical condition started deteriorating. Like memory loss & confusion in brain some times even forgets his own kids names. Confusion in brain reached to this extant that he says he wants to relieve him & want to go to toilet but he goes and doesn't relieve & sometimes he relieve himself on bed even for stools too. He complains that he don't know what is happening around him. He is taking Azulix 2M Forte twice a day for diabetes & for BP Triolmesar 40 once a day & both diabetes & BP are under control.
