My hair fall start from mid of Feb because I use to much hairdryer and straightening as well as I had done rebounding on Feb. My dermatologist gave me subo hair wash ,Karglo tab.& Himalaya hair zone he said that it is not alopecia it will rebuild with in 3 weeks or it will take up to 3 months. So my question is can I do oiling in my hair or not and which diet should I follow?

Oiling the hairs is necessary thing. Reduce the stress. Avoid spicy food junk food. Don't eat late night. Massage your scalp do regular exercises eat Fresh Food take advice from a good Ayurvedic doctor.
