I am 26 year old. I am software engineer as profession .I have about 10 hrs of seating work in office. I am 86bog now and height is 5'9 .I want reduce my body fat. I also go fo workout on daily basis for an hour. Can someone suggest me full day diet plan to consider my profession and daily schedule?

Hello don't be stressed don't emphasis on weight loss only there should not be large belly size if it is not then don't worry for weight continue the exercises eat fresh food only don't eat late night don't drink plenty of water dauring work after every one hour take 3 minutes walk and wash your face with plain water this will reduce your stress don't worry.
