hello lybrate user your weight is normal for your height. pls start yoga and exercise. go for brisk walk/ cycling/ running. you can do some exercise focusing your tummy only. avoid fatty, spicy, junk food and refined stuff and increase intake of whole grain and fibre rich food like daliya, salad , oats, juices, soups, almonds, wallnut, raisins etc.
