I am male 46 having pain in my shoulders, back and left wrist. Done all tests and have vitamin D deficiency with little high cholesterol and SGPT levels little high. Pl advise.

U take vitamin d supplement as per physician advice. Apply moist heat fermentation over painful area. Maintain good posture. Reduce stress level. Consult physiotherapist.

Hello, Get yourself check for vitamin D and B12. Get the needed supplements ,incase if you suffer from any deficiencies. Ensure your are following a moderate carbohydrate, low fat and moderate protein diet. Avoid eating heavy and oily meals and refrain from alcohol completely. Do walk everyday for atleast 30 mins.
