Hi I understand your concern. You can consult a physician first to check your balance of hormones and any absorption issues. Start having wholesome foods like roti, rice, lentils, sprouts milk n it's products, soyamilk, sattu, egg, chicken and fish. Try to take Carbohydrate & protein in every meal, do less of cardio activity.
