Hello sir, I am 25 years old and going to gym regularly and I do not take any supplements but somewhere I hav read that aswandha, sativa and gokshura are best herbal supplements for muscle building which have no side effect. So can you suggest that I should take it or not? Either I should prefer some whey protein? Which will be more beneficial!
