I'm carrying now. With 26 weeks. I feel calf muscle cramps daily at nights n mornings. Do I need to take any specific supplement for that? Please let me know.

Gentle masage of balashwagandhadi oil early in the morning. Massage with lukeworm oil from toe to knee joint. Then take bath with hot water. It will help you.

Hi Anusha... Congratulations. Drink lots of water and do some exercises for ankle, calf and hamstrings, especially stretching exercises. Use pillow under your legs during night.
