I am 24 years old I want a proper diet how can I manage it? I started to have warm water+honey+salt after getting up at morning. Is it useful for me? Please guide me to set my diet chart in a day.

Starting the day with warm water honey is great also add lemon in it if you like...avoid salt in morning.....for diet chart we need to understand your height weight BMI BMR and current eating patterns and also likings and disliking so that diet chart can be customised accordingly....if interested for your personal diet chart please consult
