hello sir, take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk protein. do stretching and cardio workout alternate days. take egg, lean meat, sprouts, panner, soya milk, tofu, soya milk, whole pulses, .don't skip your breakfast and meals. take any sweet item after dinner. have small and frequent meals.
