Hi my last periods was on 3rd jan 2017 I did the home based pregnancy test which came positive .as per the doctor I am in my 7th week of pregnancy .but I have mo common symptoms such as vomiting, constant urinating ,morning sickness etc etc does this mean my pregnancy is not healthy?
