I workout tennis 60 mins/day for 05 days a week. I am vegetarian gujarati. Eatout 2 days a week. Homework limited as most done by servants. weight-89 kg hight-5' 5" I take regular medicine for thyroid, bp, cholesterol and multi vitamin and calcium regularly. Suggest me activity and diet plan.
